Decathlon Sports - Pusa Road, Karol Bagh

Few days ago, I visited Decathlon Karol Bagh and met a staff member named Sher Singh. I was very confused about what trekking gear to buy because I had zero knowledge about trekking products. I explained my trekking plan to him, and he understood my needs very well. he helped me honestly and patiently, making sure I got the right products without spending unnecessary money. He recommended good-quality and budget-friendly items instead of pushing expensive products. This showed me that Decathlon staff are truly different from many other retail companies. They focus on earning customers' trust rather than just making sales Sher Singh is a very kind and helpful person. His work truly matches his name. May God always keep him happy and successful. I am writing this review after completing my trek because I have now used the products and experienced their comfort and quality myself. Decathlon is a brand that customers trust, and people like Sher Singh make that trust even stronger.I also noticed how smoothly and professionally he handled other customers while helping me. Keep growing and achieving great success, brother. God bless you! ❤️

We were totally clueless about what to buy for our trip to a cold country, but Sher Singh was a lifesaver. He guided us through everything, helped us pick the right layers, and stayed with us throughout the whole shopping while we tried everything on. He helped us select the right layers and technical gear. Informed us about the usage and need of the equipment, gears, etc. On top of all that, Sher Singh even helped me pack all the new gear into our suitcases. The staff here is so active, polite, and genuinely helpful. Fully satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this branch to anyone. The most amazing part, though, was when I realized I had lost a small wedding pendant in the store while trying on clothes. This was a deeply sentimental item. It was so important to us and we was panicking, but the whole team stepped in to help us find it and recover it. We are so, so grateful to the entire staff for recovering it, it really means the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I honestly can’t thank the team at Decathlon Karol Bagh enough for their help.

I’ve been a Decathlon fan for the past 5 years, and the Pusa Road branch is one of my favorites. They have a huge collection with great variety across categories like shoes, sportswear, swimwear, jackets, and both summer and winter essentials. I especially appreciate their range for women, which is much better compared to some smaller outlets with limited options. The staff is also very cooperative and helpful, which makes the shopping experience even better. Overall, a very well-stocked store with supportive staff and plenty of choices.

Super service, quick response ! Although products, arrangement, store and staff were all good, would especially appreciate Neetu ji for assisting with one of my dissatisfactions regarding a running shoe. But to my surprise i'm still loving the brand, Thanks to her. Best wishes.

We are regular customers at this location, and our overall store experience has always been great. However, our recent visit stood out thanks to the exceptional service provided by Anshita. Having visited many different stores, her politeness and professionalism truly set a new standard. She handled everything seamlessly, and her excellent assistance is why we will continue to return more frequently. A huge thank you to Anshita for making our visit so memorable!

आज का दिन मेरे लिए बेस्ट था! Decathlon उत्सव में मैंने ढेर सारे गेम्स खेले, बहुत एंजॉय किया और खूब मौज-मस्ती की। काश ऐसा हर रोज़ हो। Thank you so much, Decathlon!” specially neetu mam and all staff thanks

I would like to share my experience at Decathlon, and especially talk about one staff member who truly made my day unforgettable. From the moment I entered the store, I could feel a positive and welcoming environment. But what really stood out was one staff member who helped me with full dedication. He didn’t just do his job — he went beyond it. His nature was so kind, polite, and genuinely caring that it felt like he truly wanted to help, not just sell a product. I was a bit confused while choosing the right product, but he patiently understood my needs. He explained everything in a very simple way, gave honest suggestions, and made sure I was fully satisfied. At no point did I feel rushed or ignored. Instead, I felt valued as a customer. The way he supported me, it honestly felt like he was a “messiah” for me at that moment. He made my shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. In today’s busy world, finding someone so helpful and dedicated is rare. Because of him, my trust in Decathlon has grown even stronger. People like him are the real strength of the brand. I truly appreciate his effort and kindness, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you for such amazing service!
