Decathlon Sports - Pusa Road, Karol Bagh

I tried the Karol Bagh branch of Decathlon and I'm very satisfied with the shopping experience. The staff is very friendly and they guide you for everything. I was well attended by Ms. Diya and Mr. Anmol. I found them very polite and helpful. Overall it's a great experience for me.

I visited Decathlon, Karol Bagh for the Kidywidy Marathon T-shirt and bib collection along with my kids, and it was a wonderful experience. The entire process was very well organized, smooth, and hassle-free. The staff members were courteous, helpful, and guided participants efficiently, making the collection process quick and convenient. My kids were especially excited to receive their marathon kits, and the positive atmosphere added to the excitement of the upcoming event. The venue was easy to locate, arrangements were well managed, and there was no unnecessary waiting despite the crowd.

I recently visited a sports store located on Pusa Road near Karol Bagh and had a great experience. The store offers an impressive and diverse range of sports equipment and accessories. I was particularly pleased to find a wide selection of cricket bats, badminton rackets, golf gear, cycling equipment (including kids’ cycles, adult road bikes, and mountain bikes), along with a good collection of basketballs and footballs. In addition to sports equipment, the store also stocks a large variety of fitness clothing, mountain sports gear, hiking and trekking equipment. The overall layout was well-organized, making it easy to browse through different categories. The availability of multiple options within each category was commendable. I appreciate the comprehensive inventory covering everything from professional sports to outdoor adventure and fitness, all under one roof. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality sports products in the Karol Bagh area.

I love decathlon. And it’s been 5 years I’m a loyal customer. My and my friends often hangout and shop at their stores, mostly the one in pacific mall. I had my worst experience at the Pusa Road store. The watch man is so rude.. today my sister was shopping in the store and I was waiting outside. It was 9:29 and I tried to get in the guard had already shut the door. Blocking and denied entry. At first I requested him that I can’t reach my sis and it will take probably few mins at best. He denied. Till Then it was fine. But then he was like “konsi sister?” “Konsi sister?”. I wish I had recorded the interaction and show his tone. The said the store manager asked him to close entry 15 mins ago. If that’s the case the store manger should update the time on google for the store is open till 9:15 not 9:30. It’s an inconvenience for the customer to check time online and discover otherwise when you reach the store. Coming to the guard again. This is not the first time. The guard is really a misbehaving character on multiple occasions.. once he let me in with my bag..I asked him for the ziplock and he said not required. And when after shopping he took my bag and checked every corner. Put the bag down and took out every pouch and examined. I know he was doing his job but he could have just ziplock it. The thorough examination was embarrassing in front of my friends. I humbly ask the store manager to look into his staff’s behaviour. Their job is to facilitate the buying experience for customers. Not scare away customers. Because I won’t be able to shop at this store if I see that watchman’s face again at the store, neither will my friends.

I had a great experience at Decathlon Karol Bagh. Anshita was very kind, helpful and patient. She helped me choose the right product and also made the checkout process quick and smooth. Really appreciate her friendly attitude and excellent customer management skills. Decathlon is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring team member. I visited this Centre for the first time and the hospitality I received was very friendly and commendable. The guy who helped me was Ritesh. A very young chap. Do ask him for any needs during your visit.

Fantastic store for anyone into fitness, sports, or outdoor gear. Excellent selection, competitive pricing, and great product durability. The staff is polite, the store is well maintained.

The only most lethargic Decathlon shop, amongst the the one I've been to. No response or proper help from any of the staffs over here. As I'm down from Tamil Nadu, when I tried reach out to the staffs in English, they were hesitant and were not communicating or made any attempt to fulfill our purchase needs. Stagnant billing section. Malfunctioning billing machines, where it wouldn't scan some of the products. It was a total surprise, for someone who had seen the best side of the Decathlon till date. Ive been to Chennai - T Nagar and OMR, Salem, Madurai stores in Tamil Nadu regularly, where the sales person would be assisting you throughout your purchase and would even recommend some products than over what we choose and help us to place orders through online, if some products are not available in offline. All the above stores were much bigger than the one here, but in this store Sales person can't even manage the customers in proper manner. To be precise I do even know the sales personnel names in all the above stores, as they had made such impact on us. But here it's total pathetic, the sales person here even refused to take my previous bills to choose my sizes. Which makes us really wonder is this really a Decathlon or a third rate franchise owned Decathlon. A huge letdown compared to the stores in Tamil Nadu. Only thumbs up is with the security who were doing their job on point in managing the cars entry and exit in proper manner.
