They send me damage product and said thoda bahot tut fut to chalta hai and not delivered my product at right time as said and after deal they didn't entertain so please don't buy from there and most amazing thing they charged me 12000 for jeep and send bill invoice of 5100 rupee . It means actual cost is very low

Very bad experience. I brought one charging car online via what's app from jumbo when it's delivered it was broken. Isame time I called on their mobile and they said they will send broken parts very soon. After few days try to call and message jumbo via what's app and they blocked my number and did not send any part. I suggest don't buy anything from jumbo.

Very disappointed. I have bought car for my son and after 1 month the steering broke , called them repeatedly for nearly one month for a replacement that too I said I will pay for it still there was no response , then suddenly one morning someone the number which is given in internet picked up my call and said u pay rs 450 I will courier you. Immediately i did it and they couriered too but it was a spare not relevant size misfit, socket is different with no screws even to fit it. After that when I tried to reach them to say the same and ask if I can go physically and collect it but no response .They are not taking my call even.very poor after sale service .I would advice everyone to think twice before going to this shop.

They cheat saying v do COD. After paying 2000 as advance.they say cod is not available for that area. First they say send 2000 later do COD. But when v canceled our order they deducted 400 rs and returned saying its packaging cost etc etc. This was not mentioned earlier in any discussion. They r fraud. They even don't give any assurance against any damages or replacement. Don't ever buy any toys with them. They talk sweetly earlier later their bitterness comes out.

Don't buy any products on these websites. They are cheating, I bought a big jeep for Rs 14500/- and they delivered defective jeep.. Koi bhi na kharide mai nuksan utha Chuka ho ap mai se koi bhi nuksan na uthaye or ab mai is website ke khilaf complaint kr rha ho.

Worst baby car and cycle shop. I had ordered a 4*4 red jeep. The body and the sound system was damaged. They told that they had shipped the sound system 2 months ago but it has not arrived till date. I received the car within a week. They lie a lot. They make a lot of excuses. I will never order from here through WhatsApp any more.

Jumbo Cycle Company is cheating. My goods have been delayed for 20–25 days, and I still haven’t received them. On top of that, when I call, they behave very rudely and say things like ‘It doesn’t work that way, we will do things our way.’ Extremely poor service and very rude behavior.

Very bad Experience> I have purchased a four-wheel baby jeep from Jumbo cycle (ordered on the telephone not visited the shop). They sent me the jeep without gates. They sent it without checking at their shop. When I informed them about the missing gates, they just make excuses, stop picking up the phone and responded on whatsapp. I highly recommendation do not order them without visiting their shop, instead, I am suggesting to buy from amazon or Flipkart where you can easily replace them.
