ROCKY CYCLES

I purchased one bycycle for my kid from Rocky cycles yesterday. I found great pleasure 😊 while buying the product. The sales staff was very cooperative and helped us wihle choosing the product. The owner was also available in the showroom and looking all customers for good buying experience. I always recommend others to buy products from this mega store. It was really very nice experience

I HAVE VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND STAFF IS ALSO GOOD

Simple avoid this shop as sell everything way above the MRP

Third Class Showroom Third Class owner and Staff Behavior

My visit there wasn't quite like I imagined. I went to buy a cycle and they showed me a junk cycle with no features with a quite high price. They kept justifying it saying 'Oh, it's branded. It's Hero brand. That's why lol'. I showed them a Leader cycle online which had much better features, and they kept saying it's local brand. It's gonna break bla bla. I think they don't even know any other brand other than Hero. I asked about the frame size and they kept mixing 16,18 and 20. The staff was fairly friendly but their knowledge was way too poor. They kept saying, "oh we've been selling before you were even born and blah blah". I told him to show me a disc brake cycle because the price he was saying could get me a disc brake cycle online, and he said no this is good enough, disc brakes fail and what not! I would actually avoid this place from next time. I bought a little overpriced cycle with poor build quality because they didn't even show me the online model I was looking for. I highly doubt they even had that. Avoid this place if you can buy online.

Great experience Very cooperative owner very good service

Duplicate parts attached in new Hero Cycle. Asking more money for genuine parts

It is one of olderst shops in area. But in last few years, the service quality has deteriorated a lot. Staff is arrogant now and te prices too are hugh compared to other stores, repair and fitting takes days instead of hours. Can't recommend it as oer recent experience

Unethical and Unprofessional Service – Extremely Disappointed I had a very disappointing experience with Rocky Cycles. I gave my Firefox Bronco cycle for servicing and was charged ₹1900. However, when I returned the next day to pick up my bicycle, I was shocked to find that no work had been done, and they didn’t even have the cycle ready. Despite trying to explain the situation, the staff was dismissive, and instead of addressing our concerns, Mr. Rajeev (the owner) began giving us a lecture on humanity — completely ignoring the issue at hand. There was no accountability, no service, and no resolution offered. It is unacceptable for any business to take money from customers without delivering the promised service. I would strongly caution others before trusting this shop with their cycles or money.

Rocky Cycles is an old big shop selling cycles in Rohini. Location is good and you can park in front of the shop. They have cycles for kids and excercise cycles as well. They sell electronic cycles also. Display is good and prices also competitive. They sell Hero cycles used by poor common man which is scarcely available these days.
