Best quality fabulous experience good nature nice show room Thank you sir 😊 …
Worst after sales service...no staff to service the cycles ..buy at your own risk
Best place to buy kids Bycyicle...? I love you my Rockey Cycle
I bought 18k car from this shop and stop working within one month. When I try to contact with these people they are not answering my calls and time I went and talked about my issues their behavior was very unacceptable. So I will will suggest never ever go to this to buy anything for your kid...else you will regret like me
I visited Rocky cycles today with family and buy one battery scooter and glad to see the supporting staff to select the product.they given special discount to me after knowing my kidd birthday.they have given extended warranty without charges.i do recommend others
Avoid if possible. Owner is extremely arrogant and rude. Staff is good but owner terrorizes them so much that they can't help you. If you want after sales service, better take along someone who can scare and fight him as he does not respect civilised people.
Damage product sale, owner bahot hi bekar he usko costumer se bt krne tk ka nhi pta , bilkul nakli shop he pls koi bhi yaha se kuch bhi product purchase na kre nhi to baad Me pareshan rahoge.................................
I bought one hero bicycle last year from rocky cycles and went to showroom last week for repair and glad to see the service they have given to us and changed some components under warranty without any discussion. I always take bicycle from this showroom and do recommend to all of you.Great experience.
Tip- Do visit this shop if u have spare cash and you want to pay double the actual cost of product. Rowdy owner , behaves badly with the shop staff and the customers alike. Sells the same product very expensive compared to other cycle shops. Totally bad experience, have been loyal to this shop and buying from this shop since last 5 years but the owner just doesn't cares about the consumer trust and loyalty.Totally loots them day and night. Won't go to this shop ever again. May god bless his staff. Zero star
Very good collection Very nice staff Good
