Absolutely worst service, kids bike ki battery kharab ho gyi shuru me hi, and they took 300rs inspection charges plus 1200rs for battery.
Items and the quality is really good and prices are still acceptable. However, the staff needs to trained as how they behave with customers, they made me feel like ki "hum ehsaan kr rhe he tumhe itembsale krke". It was like they donated the items despite taking the items price.
Worst shop I ever visited to buy Products. They do not behave well with customer after sale done. On the name of service they start abusing on calls. And have no shame and says do whatever you want. Google reviews or showroom visit
I would advise everyone not purchase products from their store. I bought a toy bike for my kid for Rs 7500 . I got it delivered to Gurgaon via Porter. The bike did not start . I got in a call with their mechanic and discovered that the wires were not attached to the batteries. After fixing that problem the accelerator did not work. The bike had scratches on it as well and stickers were peeling off. Instead of being sorry for having sent a bad quality product and sending a replacement they said “No exchange No Return” My son’s birthday was ruined because of them. At this day and age these people have to be held accountable
