Very disappointing experience. I purchased a mee mee baby walker from this store about 3 months ago, and the height adjustment part has already broken. When I approached the staff for help, they were very rude and refused to provide any replacement part. They didn’t even bother to listen properly.

Quality of products are best but when u get the thing porter or gift it to someone..u will always face issue with the installation...and u will always end with disappointment...bcoz either u have take the product back to shop or fix it by urself...I m facing this issue for the 4th time.

Today, I visited store to purchase a bicycle, and while I did end up buying one, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of your staff. Their attitude was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. Additionally, I was informed that customers receive a gift with their bicycle purchase. However, when I politely inquired about it, your staff outright denied it. This led me to feel that gifts and treatment are being selectively offered based on appearance or personal bias, which is highly unfair and disappointing. I would advise future customers to research online and consider alternative options before making a purchase here. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the unpleasant experience that I faced.

They are very bad with after sales service. They take a week to service a cycle. A car gets serviced in 1 day. Don’t buy from them . Very bad staff

They helped me for buying me the perfect bike for my needs. And their prices are quite reasonable for the quality. What really stands out is their after sales services- quick repairs , maintenance tips and a friendly attitude every time you visit. Highly recommended for both beginners and seasoned riders alike

I bought a gym bench from here and it was not stable and well built. The alignment was out and it keeps wobbling.

Items sold here are of low quality. Owner and Sales staff behaviour is too rude.
