The selection of modern sofas and dining tables is impressive, with high-quality materials at reasonable prices. The staff is super helpful, guiding without any pressure. Highly recommend for anyone furnishing their home.
Great Service and good customer care
My experience with Wakefit’s returns and warranty/repair process has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily lengthy. They rely only on customer-taken photos and videos, and after 24–48 hours they simply refuse the issue instead of providing a proper resolution. They also “attempt” calls just for formality. When they call, they don’t speak properly, and later send an email claiming the call couldn’t connect due to “line issues,” even after sharing multiple contact numbers. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and poor customer service experience. I do not recommend Wakefit if you expect smooth support in case of any issue.
