Totally fraud , I have purchase 3 sets of mattress last month. After just 15 days the joints are exposed inside the mattresses. They claimed joints free mattresses but thts not true. The are making fool to the innocent peoples. I have tried to contact so many times on given numbers to register my complaints bit nobody is receiving calls. Just diverting the calls. So please never deals with this traders.

Very Very bad service. I had purchased mattress in 2018 and after 1 year mattress went down.Due to this all my family members are suffering from back pain. when i called to the krishnatraders they are saying go to the shop where you have purchased. I have the warranty card for 10 years. They are not replacing the mattress. I am ready to pay the mattress cover amount also. I hope owner of this company will understand my situation and will replace my mattress. Looking forward from krishantraders for positive reply.

Best Service from Krishna Furnishing Products India. I am fully satisfied with this company There was issue in my orthocare mattress , i raised the complain and Vishal Ji replaced my mattress and gave me new mattress. Best after sale service. Anyone can purchase a mattress from Krishna Furnishing Products India without any doubt. They give you best quality and best after sale service. Best experience. I am giving 10/10.

Poor product quality and work ethics . No one responds once they sell the product . Even there owner Mr Ankit Gupta does not respond for warranty services. He when sent WhatsApp message for providing warranty services probably blocked the phone number and did not even attend the call. For them only money matters. I have been running from pillar to post since last two months to get my mattress repaired as per warranty but they don’t respond. Don’t buy their spurious quality mattresses and get swept by sweet talk of the sales staff. Request everyone don’t get carried away by their claims and buy product from them . You will get trapped if you happen to buy mattress from them . They are big fraud use spurious material. Once they receive payment they are not bothered about their customers . Their staff particularly the lady on the help desk is very discourteous and use foul language .

I purchased a orthocare mattress from Krishna Furnishing Products India. There was a small issue, but as soon as I raised a request, they took immediate action and replaced it, delivering the new one to my home. The service is excellent and the product quality is very good. I really liked Vishal ji’s behavior—he is very polite and supportive. Highly recommended 👍
