Visited Lajpat Nagar branch of Pots and Pans yesterday. Had a really good experience. Store Manager and staff is co-operative, helped me and my mother to get the best product considering our requirements. Products are very beautiful, useful and highly recommended.

This place has the most pathetic customer service i have ever experienced. Its similar to how asus scams its customers in the US. I bought a meyer accent series pan 2 months ago and reported a coating issue to them and they tell me that my warranty is void or that the warranty doesnt cover the issue and they cite a random thing they supposedly saw in the picture they asked for, as the cause. When i asked for clarification, they just spout some random nonsense which you cant even understand. They refuse to even help and even examine the pan in person, how can a pan 2 months old lose its coating? They share excuses in the form of new guidelines and care recommendatuons which are not even provided in the product documentation to shift the liability back to you. Their products cant even withstand the normal wear and tear of indian households for even 2 months, that cheaper nonstick pans can do for years If you buy from them, don’t expect warranty, they will void it for some random reason completely unrelated to your issue. They claim that it is lifetime warranty but apparently it only covers manufacturing defects which you can identify the moment you start using the pans. Lifetime warranty here is a joke

Amazing place to buy premium cookware. I have been using their cast iron skillet and stainless steel cookware and it’s one of the best quality cookware that I’ve used and seen in the Indian market. Would highly recommend visiting them to upgrade your cooking experience.

Their products and customer service is the worst. I bought Meyer's pressure cooker and it just broke within a few weeks. It took another month to just get it replaced and I received another defective product.
