I have used stainless steel and ceramic cookware. I liked stainless steel products. Though the products are good, their customer service is very poor. I placed an order last week and the product reached my city in a 2 to 3 working days via bluedart. But I am still waiting over a week to reach in my hands. I am following both potsandpans and bluedart. But everything is in vain. No proper response from either of them. I am finding very difficult to reach the potsandpans customer care via phone. Only whatsapp they are responding. But I am not receiving immediate replies or even in 24 hrs. I need to wait long for their reply. Probably this might be the last time I will order in potsandpans. Maybe they will respond good in stores. online shopping is worst with them.

Pathetic after sale service and also the quality of stuff. The lid cracked after few uses and company simply refuses to accept the issue and provide warranty repairs/return. Highly disappointed with the company attitude. The products are expensive and supposedly of high quality. No point spending this much amount if neither the quality of product or service is provided.

The experience of.online purchase with them has been real bad. They had a 4th year sale, on which they had 60% discount stuff, all sugary offers and reviews.I ordered a sauce pan and they sent an old product with lots of scratches and dust on them. Infact, earlier they were not sending the product stating that Bluedart doesn't have service in my area. And I live in Pune urban locality. After pursuing a lot, and personally contacting with bluedart, they placed the pan. I wish there was a minus rating and I could give them that.

The quality of Meyers utensils is excellent. I always buy utensils from meyers store in LAJPAT NAGAR and there store manager HIMANSHU JI is very wonderful person and he has full knowledge of each and every utensil and tells his customers very well.
