My experience buying here was terrible, the customer service person is always trying to confuse you by saying she" will transfer your problem to the person in charge, but now she can't communicate me with that person because is on leave or having lunch" but then she said that she is the one in charge. She always will hang up the phone when she doesn't know what to say. They have been delaying my refound. It's been 4 times they said they already started the refound process and Ill have to wait 2 or 3 days to see it, but then when I call and say I haven't seen it on my bank account they reply that they'll start it again Please avoid buying from here, you will waste your money and time

Very poor service, they even charged me for shipping for a book over Rs 2000/- which was not justified. Furthermore, the seller didn't even reply me for a week even after sending him several emails. On calling them, after transferring the call to three different persons, I was told about some policy which I never read (honestly, nobody has time to do that too).

They have not delivered the book,many time i have contacted them,they said that books was lost on the way, now they are saying that they have delivered but i have not received the book,they are lying ,i want my refund of book amount ₹1156. They take money but donot deliver,this is second time that i have paid but did not receive the book.i place 2 orders of amount ₹1156 and ₹1855.but i have not received the books.
