The first book I ordered from bookswagon was via Amazon. There was a big crease on the back cover of book. I returned it but It’s amazing to order from their site.
I ordered first time and recieved book within week.It was great experience for me.
I hve been purchasing regularly from bookswagon since it has started its business and every time i purchase from them i get very reasonable price and quick delivery. Also if there is any issue in the order they have a very good and competent team who resolves the issue asap....i recommend people to buy from bookswagon if they want reasonable pricing and quick delivery Positive Responsiveness
horrible experience. The book i ordered doesn’t even appear to be in their inventory leave alone dispatching and delivering it within 5 days. It’s 10 days now with delivery dates being passed repeatedly. asked for refund but i’m doubtful. 🤦🏽 …
I received 2 international orders from them... It's great. The prices are less than other shopping sites. However, I just have one complaint that - why is there no coupon code given for further shopping? If anyone knows about coupon code let me know.
Ordered book on this website (because it was not available on flipkart/amazon/or other site). There was a confirmation mail for the book. Then no communication for 15 days. Not able to see order on their website either. Called them and came to know that book is out of print. They said they will refund amount. Called 3 times in last month, and still refund is not yet processed.
Very bad experience. I had ordered organic chemistry book by paula bruice, for Rs. 1002/- But they delivered wrong book, some book by the name, "step by step piano course" They haven't replied to query yet, hoping for a positive response.
Bookswagon offers good quality books. They delivers books on time and have multiple of genre all available at store.
Quick dispatch and intact delivery! I was a bit skeptical at first, but they’ve truly proven their excellent service. Glad I can now get my hands on books that aren’t easily available elsewhere.
Ex The beThe best source of books at lowest rates. All the books I have purchased fro the Bookswagon have been brand new. I have chosen to be their loyal and regular customer. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
