One of the worst places to visit. I went there to buy milk, and there was a guy in a blue shirt who had a very bad argument with me, and he was like, "Bro, don't ask me such questions."I am not authorized to answer such questions. I only inquired about the milk's timing, and he instructed me to have him sit in the account chair, after which he would inform me of the time. He said, "It's not my duty; ask that ma'am sitting on the chair," and I was like, "Bro, what is your problem?"I only asked about the milk schedule, and he was very rude to me. I suggest you fire that employee because if he keeps working at your shop, it will be a problem.He will definitely drop the graph of your shop spontaneously.

Earlier from many years we use to buy and recommend , desi ghee from raj dairy only, but last few months , we observed that the quality of ghee is reduced much.Now stopped buying from here.

Very nice shop to buy fresh milk products and sweets and bakery items. The shop is very neat and clean and every variety of sweets, bakery and milk products are available at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Bc 1 aloo patty 40 ki de rha hai.. waah bhyi iski lukti ginti shuru ho gyi hai inme bht ghamnd aa gya hai. Staff ka naa to behaviour accha hai naaa to logo ko kaise deal karna hai uski tameez. Jyada kama liyaa hai inhone.. superior to koi bhi naa raha kabhi ye log kon hotey hai. Itna mehngaa kar rakha hai sab kuch or quality bhi itni khaas nahi krishna nagar ki sabse ghatiya shop hai.

This place is the worst! The staff is so rude, from the watchman with glasses and a mustache to the short guy in the blue shirt and white head covering who gives out milk. Their behavior is just awful. I don't care how good the food is, they should still respect their customers. Staff should make you smile with their tone and behavior, but that milk guy was just terrible. Not worth going there at all.

Honestly, one of the worst employees is managing this lovely, well-constructed shop, which the owner built himself. They really need to replace the staff in the dairy section because they don't know how to interact with customers. Specifically, there's a short guy in a blue shirt whose name I don't know; he was extremely rude to me and another customer standing next to me.... Someone seriously needs to address this feedback; otherwise, the decline is imminent. Regardless of how well you design and market your products, this particular aspect is something that truly requires your attention.

The quality is consistently excellent. Their ghee and milk are top-notch, and the paneer and curd are some of the best I've had—fresh, rich, and full of flavor. They also offer a great variety of other products, all maintained to a high standard. If you're looking for quality, freshness, and a wide selection under one roof, I highly recommend New Raj Dairy. Definitely one of the best places for dairy products and delicious ready-to-eat items!

Tried the Kalakand and Paneer at Raj Dairy, Krishna Nagar, and both were excellent. The Kalakand was fresh, soft, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The Paneer was soft, fresh, and of very good quality. A great place for authentic dairy products and sweets. Definitely worth a visit.
