We organize two catering with them to deliver food to international groups. The owner and the staff have been so kind, so adaptable, so efficient. They quality of food and service are just great. Definitely will come back soon!

Did a takeaway of 100% soya chaap from them. Came home to see that the chaap contained garlic essence to it.. called them and instead of apologising, the told me ki poochke leni chaiye thi..means who adds garlic in raw chaap ? What kind of poor customer support is this... Will not recomend anyone to go and buy then anything

We were searching for 5-7 days, what to distribute Prasad in Holi Milan Satsang. Our search ends at New Raj Dairy, Krishna Nagar. With two piece of Aloo Samosa and 180 gr of Kalakand , nicely packed separately in an round box , and then all in one Rectangle Transparent box, with wooden spoon, paper napkin, Red imli chatni, Green chatni too , separately pouched, and all in beautifully designed Holi Special Paper Bag. Staff was very coperative. I generally prefer Haldiram in sweets, but my perception changed all together. Quality and taste of Samosas ( in Desi Ghee) and Light sweetness of Kalakand is unforgottable. Keep it up guys 👍👍👍

I liked being there, paneer sandwich made me feel home. Kalakand and kesar barfi were good too... I think the cost are worth the taste.

Really appreciate efforts of the team, we ordered 5 plate Golgappes and when we reached home we saw that there were no aloo and chana but the team was so co-operative that they delivered it to our place ! Much appreciated ☺️

PATHETIC SERVICE I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at your Krishna Nagar outlet and by your staff and owner. We have been regular customers of your dairy for almost 50 years. My mother usually comes to purchase, and there has always been a level of trust—that trust was completely broken yesterday. I clearly asked at the billing counter for 1 kg desi ghee and 2 kg curd. I was NOT informed that there were two different varieties of ghee. No one mentioned “Bilona ghee,” nor was I asked which one I wanted. I paid the bill assuming it was normal desi ghee AS my mother comes usually. Later, when my mother checked, she told me the price didn’t match—normal ghee is around ₹800, while I was charged ₹2800. When I called the store, I was casually told, “It is Bilona ghee.” My question is simple and valid: Why was I not informed that there were two varieties? Why is there no clear distinction or labeling on the ghee boxes? This is not transparency—this is misleading the customer. Despite this, I was not even asking for a refund. I only requested a simple exchange with normal ghee, which is a sealed product anyway. Instead of resolving the issue politely, your staff and owner behaved rudely, made me call multiple times, and gave meaningless excuses—as if I was demanding free products or money. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward a customer who has supported your business for decades. Let me be very clear: This is NOT about ₹2800. This is about ethics, customer service, and respect. A business does not survive by keeping thousands of products—it survives because of customers’ trust. And after reading recent reviews, it is clear that quality and service are already declining. If this is how long-term customers are treated, then something is seriously wrong with the way your business is being run. I strongly urge you to reflect on: • Your staff’s attitude • Transparency in pricing and products • Basic customer courtesy Because customers make a business—not the other way around.

We had our house Muhurat in the first week of March 2026. Although we have been customers of Raj Dairy for the last 25 years, we still explored 2–3 other nearby sweet shops for the occasion. But thankfully, we chose Raj Dairy again. We ordered around 90 kg of milk cake and honestly at least 50% of the guests asked us for the shop’s address. Many of our relatives, who live 25–30 km away, placed repeat orders—at least 15 times after the event. They first booked directly with Raj Dairy and then used Porter for delivery. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best sweet shop and dairy products in East Delhi.
