Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

The milk is of good quality but now the service of the delivery of milk is gone to average. The delivery men are irresponsible and sometimes rude.

I have used the milk (in bottles); sheer bliss in the way one is transported to childhood memories of the taste; their Multigrain bread too is filling and nutritive. And prompt Customer Care. I will rate the App at 90% efficiency

As a mother trying to manage home, baby, and time, I thought Dhoodvala would help me simplify things. Instead, I’ve had to wake up early to check if milk came, or deal with it arriving late in the day. Their team seems active only till they receive payment — after that, you’re left in the dark. No follow-up, no coordination, and no apology. This is not the experience you expect from a family-oriented brand.

My first experience with Doodhvala was pleasant as the milk I received was of good quality. The delivery partner and customer care team were very polite and helpful. The milk tastes good, which is a crucial factor for me.

They commit something else on advertisement and application and now they are telling these are the advertisement strategies for customer suppose I order 2 ltr daily where it comes with 4 day you need to purchase and after that 4 days will be free now they said policy has been changed after 10th December for new customer and I am the new customer with them so they need to mention that policy has been changed on application or social platforms they they will give only 1 packet free for 4 days half ltr only they are not providing proper information to customers also if you place order after 9 pm then next it is not possible that they can deliver you next day that is also not mentioned on their application. Fake promotions they are doing not providing proper information. Request you to pls ensure these things for future because your customers need to getting right information so they don't loose your trust and service.

Their delivery is horrible. In a matter of single month , they are not able to deliver 4 -5 times and after one week their delivery partner changes .Early in the morning you are waiting for milk to only realize it’s not delivered . Horrible service .

Customer support very suportive towards his/her customer and listen your concern attentively and provide resolution and milk quality better, offers are good

I am so glad I found this company! I was looking for a way to get high-quality milk products delivered to my doorstep, and this company fit the bill perfectly. Their products are delicious and nutritious, and I love that I know they are coming from a reputable farm. The mobile app is also very easy to use, and I appreciate the flexible scheduling options. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality milk products.

I have already made payment of 3750/- but there is no update of the payment. There is no support system and all the numbers are speaking invalid. No one is picking up the customer care number. Kindly return my money
