Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Good milk with assured and certified purity.. the taste is good as well.. delivery is flawless too. The App UI can be made better. Support team and product quality is commendable.. 🙏

We found that the quality of the milk is excellent. No complaints. Policy of dual pricing of an item on the basis of prime membership is unnecessary. Also price of the most of the dairy items are reasonably high.

Performance of their customers support is very poor . They make promises on behalf of the promoter but the moment recharge process is complete they forget everything. On taking the matter they take plea that the staff has left the job . Pathetic.

They have no control over delivery agents..Logged more than 12 complaints but deliver boy chooses to ring the door bell repeatedly. Inconsistent delivery timings. Pathetic service

FRAUD!! Their founder called me with an offer to decrease prices if I recharge with 3000 rupees. After 2 days the offer expired which for promised for a year. Now the founder’s phone is off and customer care doesn’t pick.

I am forced to revise my previous review in light of encountering their lies today ... they promised 30 days unlimited discount and now changed it to 30 days limit, but only 300 rs. worth discount and increased prices ... on raising this concern and highlighting, they are on the job of proving me wrong or liar ... pathetic operations too ... never delivered milk before 9:30 even after the promise that the delivery would be before 8 am ... and not this Previous comment: Love the milk, milk products options and ease of getting all these at doorstep that too at such amazing prices as well as offers. Must use app

Prompt service/delivery. Good follow up and appointed an RM for any issues. Only thing I don't like is 450 ml packaging. While the industry standard is 500 ml. Makes it difficult to compare. Not a good strategy.

I've been using Doodhvale Farm milk daily and I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality. The milk is extremely fresh, creamy, and rich in texture. The best part is that it's consistently delivered in good condition, which speaks volumes about the farm's commitment to quality. I highly recommend Doodhvale Farm milk to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality dairy supplier. Keep up the great work! Rating Breakdown: - Quality: 5/5 - Freshness: 5/5 - Taste: 5/5 - Value for Money: 5/5 Thankyou Uday Kumar

Again the same incident happened, .milk not delivered. Mr. Sanjay Jain, your team is failed maximum time to deliver the milk and it is 3rd time, Varsha and Divya again failed to fulfill there commitment. Sanjay Jain, if youbare unable to deliver milk then why are you taking subscription and taking advance money from customer?? You don't have any right to harrasment to customer, please take a note for the same. You have to return my full amount and I don't want to take any product from doodhvale firm.

Friendly staff provided excellent service, enhancing the delightful atmosphere. From creamy cheeses to velvety yogurts, each item reflects their commitment to quality. A definite 5-star recommendation for any dairy enthusiast.
