I took cocktail hair spa. Sanjay did it for me and he was amazing , has great knowledge of what he is doing. The head massage was a 11/10. My hair feels amazing. Thank you.

This is a genuine feedback girls u will love going there and will always come back after trying many places.The genuine kindness of the staff plus the way they make u feel is not comparable to any salon in complete Delhi/NCR. I didn’t have to say anything after I just booked the service they took total care.

I got my makeup done by their senior makeup artist. The experience was awful. 1. They have only one senior mua catering to multiple clients non stop without a break. 2. I had to wait for 1.5 hours before I was called for my makeup. 3. I had opted for mac makeup (Rs. 6500) and without asking me they did HD (Rs. 8500) which is not a small amount. 4. The speed with which the mua did my makeup was terrible. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. She was literally hammering my face with the her makeup sponge and the brushes were sharp that poked my face. It was horrible. Please take time and be gentle instead of pounding the face mercilessly. 5. The place was so mismanaged and looked like a fish market. 6. The lady who was managing the second floor was very unprofessional and rude. I literally had tears in my eyes and just wanted to run away. I felt so helpless and let down. 7. Poor infrastructure on the second floor. It was more of a cattle floor. 8. Changing rooms were so small that it was so difficult for me to change into my dress. No one could come in to help me out. 9. Toilets were dirty. With the level of people they cater to, cleanliness of toilets should be a priority. 10. The staff is arrogant as if they are some VIPs. Not at all polite or friendly. I had two more makeups booked from them and got them cancelled after this dreadful experience. This was the best decision I took and I got ready from Jazmy, who did an excellent job. Clean place, clean toilets, good infrastructure, friendly staff and awesome and gentle makeup artists who make sure you are satisfied at every step. Jazmy doesn't choose quantity over quality. The place is becoming worst now, owner itself used to not present and not taking care what's happening. We booked this salon for my sister and my fiance for our engagement, with all krti brand packages of more than 30000 on but the makeup they did is worst of its class. The finishing was poor, it's white and white, and all wrapped in less than 30 mins. What's special in special package then, all social media videos, it's hoax. My whole family and friends never going to suggest this salon for anything. Pls avoid.

Worst experience ever (even of bride ) specially their hair do section. The hair stylist do not listen what you want and even if you ask you to do something which they are not comfortable at their behaviour becomes very rude .
