Mam, yesterday i went to your salon early morning specially from south delhi for hydra facial bcz i have seen your Instagram stories & i wanted to try it. & i am happy with that facial . Also i have seen beauty packages in ur salon & i took 899 packages for hair spa and pedicure, i was happy you are giving services in such a good price but when it comes for services its was too pathetic. pedicure was not good still i thought leave my main concern was hair spa as i need relaxation but it turns badly. there was too noise for the spa secondly he washed my hair I told him my scalp is too oily pls washed it again he said he will do after spa once again, then he applied cream in 4 section only and give my massage only for 5-7 mins on my head, add steamer on hair & he went from dere, i was waiting for him to come do it properly but nobody came there then i called receptionist too call that guy but someone else come & did my wash. i was like what was it ,hair spa means uh will get proper massage,then steam and then wash & it had to be done in 45 mins. but in my entire life i had Never took hairspa like this very bad service for hair spa & i told all this on reception too. It hurts me a lot whether it is 500 ,900 or 1500 i gave my money & time to get a good services when i specially came early from so far. i was too hurt that i wastage my money and time to get this bad services & i hope you will have look on this concern. thank you Mam

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I got my bridal look from Kriti DS, totally dissatisfied. In today’s time where makeup artist ask what look their bride is looking for or what suits on her face or not. She just took 15-20 mins and was done with the bridal makeup kinda followed the SOP, not even thinking or discussing is the bride satisfied or not. Just minting money.

Must visit salon. I went for my hair transformation and KASHISH SIR did wonderful job.😍 I have been receiving so many compliments for my look and all credit goes to kashish sir. And mani pedi session done by sanjay sir was very relaxing.

I booked my engagement and wedding makeup from kriti mam and she made my D-day very special. She did my makeup according to my face cut and hairstylist was very understanding. He did my hairstyle as per my wish. Staff is really very polite.

Extremely overrated, i had a really bad experience. The makeup is patchy and lipstick is really disgusting. It smudged on my D day like in seconds and doesn’t last long which is really painful specially when you paid a very high amount. Really they made me white even if you took the most expensive package to look natural.

Most of the services were fine but humble attitude is a bit miss from the team. Though, the make-up was fine but at the time of my pre-bridal service, the staff left a bad mark on my eyebrows and the shape is so hampered that even after 4 years of my marriage, I am not able to get my eyebrows back in shape. Really disappointed! Thank you for your kindness and flexibility in the run up to my wedding. it was brilliant to have you around and you went far beyond your remit as make-up artist by even managing to keep me calm.It was important to me to not feel caked in make-up on my wedding day and Kriti DS is Master of natural look. i'm so thrilled that I choose you on my special day,you made me feel like the best version of myself you gave me the confidence to walk up the aisle.

Always love her work. My sister got dolled up by Kritids herself and everybody was stunned to see her. People at the wedding were repeatedly asking me about from where her bridal makeup was done as she was looking really beautiful.
