I went to buy everyuth scrub and charmis. I paid MRP on it. I have the bill for ref. with date and prices. I went to my car and noticed that the bottles are open. Everyuth tan scrub was used and the cover lid was broken. I went around the road and went back to tell the owner this. They told me that it was packed and I did it. They don’t care about customers and are liars. For all I know the products are fake as well. Do not trust them and check every item if you need to buy from them. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Big store, they have almost everything. A tiny stationary shop inside, cheaper than exchange store which is another store in the area. They have a photocopy/printing shop inside along with a vision glasses store. Pretty much everything. They deliver also. And accept all payment modes like- Paytm, credit cards, debit cards, cash.
मंगलम डिपार्टमेंटल स्टोर पर दुगनी कीमत वसूल रहे हैं, दिखावे के लिए Total बिल पर 5% का discount तो दिया जाता है. इन्होंने चौलाई के लड्डू का पैक रू 70, आमला मुरब्बा 1kg रू 350 का दिया. जबकि यही समान जब मैंने अपने एरिया यमुना विहार में खरीदा तो लड्डू 35 रू में मिल रहे हैं और आमला मुरब्बा 230 रू में मिल रहा है. इसके अलावा मैंने और भी सामान खरीदा था वो भी अपेक्षाकृत अत्याधिक महँगा दिया करीब दुगनी कीमत पर. मैं यहाँ से कभी भी शॉपिंग नहीं करूंगा. This store staff is very rude and arrogant. I bought a sunscreen and when I look at it it was feeling like it was used and then when I told them to exchange they were taunting us that we did used it and it's factorys fault and they are not in fault. How come it is not their fault??? When we are buying from them with MRP rate then it should be their responsibility to give us the best product not default and then when we said that we'll come tomorrow to change they said they will throw it away and told us to never come in their store. They wouldn't even deserve a star . Date = 16 August 2024
