Very UNPROFESSIONAL people. I had given them my car for scrapping on 1st April 2019 after discussing the details with owner Gaurav Sharma. Two of their employees - Sultan Ahmar and Vikas came to pick the vehicle from my residence. they shared the chassis plate, completed the paper documentation and took the vehicle with the promise that the scrapping video will be shared within 2-3 days. Ever since then, i have been following up with them regularly but to no avail. Even after my repeated reminders, they have not shared the video of the car getting scrapped/ dismantled. Gaurav Sharma, the owner has stopped taking my calls and not responding to messages/ Whatsapp. i am not sure if they have really scrapped the car as they have not shared the proof. These people cannot be believed on their promise....i am just waiting on them

Prompt service till the time the car was collected on 18 October 2019. The representative promised to handover the video of the car being scrapped as part of the deal within week to 10 days. Even after numerous reminders there is no response which gives an indication that the car has not been scrapped.

I'll never recommend anyone to give their vehicle for scrapping purpose to them. I gave them my maruti vehicle to scrap in February. First they offered better price compared to other dealers and promised to scrap my vehicle same day in front of my eyes. But when I reach there after doing much struggle to bring my old vehicle there, they refused to scrap my vehicle saying that there is a weighting of 20 vehicles to scrap before my car's turn. Then they promised to make a video of my car's scrapping and send me through whatsapp within a week or two. But After inquiring two times within two weeks, in third week they told me that my car has been scrapped and the person who was supposed to make the video was on leave that day. Now I highly doubt that they have scrapped my car or not, or they might have sold it somewhere as a whole or in parts. They didn't even gave me the price they offered at first, pointing out that the tyres were too old, which by the way managed to bring the car driving 10 km from my home to their junkyard without bursting. Their paperwork were also shady. I told them that I came to them after reading some good reviews but I will share my experience too so that others would know about their customer' experiences.
