I am absolutely livid about the abysmal service I received from this so-called “renowned” makeup artist. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel utterly cheated out of the exorbitant fees I paid. Pathetic Skincare Preparation: The so-called skincare routine was a joke—a quick swipe with a toner cleanser and a dab of moisturizer. No consideration for my skin type or concerns, just a lazy, slapdash approach that screamed unprofessionalism. Excruciating Hair Handling: The artist yanked my hair back so tightly with an army of pins that I was battling a pounding headache before my events even began. It’s as if client comfort was a foreign concept to them. Abysmal Customer Service: Zero effort was made to ensure my comfort—no offer of tea, coffee, or even a shred of basic courtesy. For the hefty price tag attached to their name, one would expect at least a modicum of hospitality. Unacceptable Rushing Despite No Other Clients: I was the sole bride that day for both my engagement and wedding, yet I was hurried along as if I were an inconvenience. The lack of attention and care was both insulting and infuriating. Uncomfortable Seating Blamed on My Outfit: The makeup chair was a torture device, especially with my engagement gown. Instead of accommodating my attire, they had the audacity to blame me for their inadequate setup. Time Wasted on Photos and Videos with No Outcome: They wasted an obscene amount of my time taking countless photos and videos, none of which were ever posted or shared. It felt like a self-serving exercise with no benefit to me whatsoever. Complete Disregard for Personal Preferences: This artist couldn’t care less about what I wanted. They stuck to their generic, cookie-cutter looks without any regard for my vision or preferences. It’s as if my input was irrelevant. Cakey, Overdone Makeup: The makeup was atrocious—layer upon layer caked on in a feeble attempt to cover pigmentation, leaving me looking like a painted doll. It was heavy, uncomfortable, and downright embarrassing. Final Thoughts: This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had. The sheer lack of professionalism, empathy, and skill was appalling. I deeply regret entrusting this “artist” with such significant events in my life and squandering a substantial amount of money on their abysmal services. I could have achieved far better results on my own. To anyone considering their services—save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Parul is an amazing makeup artist! I had my make up done by her for a family wedding. She made me look beautiful. She is very professional, skilled and creative artist, on top of that extremely polite, kind and accommodating person. I had a fabulous experience working with her and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look and feel amazing on their special day!

I don't have any knowledge about makeup and this beautiful lady listened to me so patiently and explained everything so nicely that all my doubts were cleared.
