Worst experience for bridal makeup today. Even if I'm leaving a bad review but i'll say that she is a good makeup artist but she is so rude to everyone including the clients and her staff. Even the staff has the same behavior as hers. They are very proud and rude, they don't care about the clients or their preferences. They are so rude in person and so sweet and caring on camera.. everything is fake and they are so overrated.. every bride go to them thinking that they will make them beautiful and don't get fooled by the social media and video's upload on parul garg's channel.

My wedding day became more special because of parul mam. She is an amazing person and words cant justify the work she does on her brides…still i cant thank her enough for dolling me up on my wedding day…..always a fan of her work🦋 …

Parul ma’am makeup in real sense is dream come true. I literally waited for 3 years for getting dolled up by parul ma’am. She is the best, i booked her five months before my marriage so that i can get the slot easily as it was my wish to be PG bride. When the d-day came, i was excited to meet parul ma’am & offcourse makeup was also priority as it was my wedding. The look she gave me was very pretty. I was looking beautiful, and everyone in my family and in in-laws family praised my look. Thank you so much ma’am and the PG team. Parul Garg is super rude, arrogant and doesn’t even hear out the customer’s needs. Won’t even let you show her a picture of the kind of makeup you want to get. She wants you to stay quiet the entire time, despite you paying her such a huge amount. Time I spent getting the makeup by her was the only upsetting time I had on my wedding day. I literally had to plead to not get colored lenses and put a lipstick color and bindi of my choice. She doesn’t have great communication skills. Needs to definitely work on being a more polite and accommodating person overall for her business. The makeup she did was definitely good, but I had the worst experience around her.

Parul Ma’am is a true magician ma'am, I have never thought in my rarest of dreams that I would look this pretty on my D Day. Got numerous compliments and still getting. Words are not enough to express the gratitude that I have for her. Her team is the best and she is the true treasure in every sense. Loved every second being there at her studio. Always and forever thankful for making me look the best on my special day. Worth every single penny and praise. Love Love Love. She and her entire team were arrogant and rude. She is such a fake person and only being nice for her videos only. If you are very pretty or wearing some expensive designer lehnga then they all will treat you better otherwise they didn’t ask you what you want and how you want. She and her team made me feel pathetic on my wedding day. Never ever recommend her. I was so excited to be ready from her but that was my biggest mistake.

I got my bridal makeup done from Parul and she made me look fabulous....The issues that most brides have with their bridal makeup is its durability, but my makeup was flawless till the end of the ceremony..... She is very patient, sweet and is awesome at her job and really understands the needs of her clients.....Her work is both neat and elegant which is exactly what i was aiming for......I would definitely recommend her as i was very happy that I chose her to doll me up for my big day. My Fiancée had a makeup service booked by a senior artist at Parul Garg studio in Gurugram. The senior artists were extremely inconsiderate and rude towards my fiancé and didn’t accommodate any small requests made by her in her own makeup. Furthermore, the staff was constantly trying to Upsell extensions, makeup by Parul Garg. Overall, In the day where someone needs to feel special, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

I will not recommend Parul garg to anyone. if you are getting your makeup done by a junior artist at her studio they are pathetic. She doesn’t even bothers to verify their work, so you are going just for her name. the quality is not what is shown on instagram and reels. if you are paying for her makeup it’s way too expensive and you can easily book a much better MUA at your venue in the same amount. I don’t want to post my pictures here otherwise i would have shown the difference in quality of the makeup done by parul garg junior artist and my marriage makeup. Just want to help the bride to be. All the best girls ☺️
