Rohit Maurya 🙏

If you have money of bank then you can go there, you can't believe blindly on doctors there, they just try ki patient ki family se paisa kaise nikale, ache khase bnde ko serious patient bna dete hai. Patient ki family ko itna dra dete hai ki unke pass patient ko vha rkhne kr alawa koi option nahi hota, Naam karab kr diya hai hospital ka Some doctors are like agar patient normal ward mein thik ho skta hai but nahi direct ICU mein shift kr dete hai coz un logo ne patient ko patient nahi ATM machine smj liya hai bs swipe krate rho, Please yha jane se phle baak other doctors ya hospitals mein bhi check kr lena otherwise yha to lutna hai hi.

In my point of view ILBS Hospital is the worst hospital in Delhi. The treatment way and the response of doctors is quite ignorance. This hospital has only made "Loot ka Dhandha everywhere. Previously I knew that this is very big hospital of Liver specially and no doubt it is but treatment is done by only junior doctors as well well as Senior Resident doctors. The mortality rate of Liver Patient is very high.I never refer any patient further for this hospital because if any healthy patients come into this hospital they will kill the patient by infecting.

The overall service, medical care, and facilities at ILBS Hospital are excellent. However, getting an urgent doctor's appointment is extremely difficult. Calls to the helpline/appointment desk often go unanswered. If management can improve the phone response time and appointment booking support, it would be a 5-star experience for patients.

I have been there for the free cancer health checkup held on 2nd Saturdayof Aug. All the staff, technicians and the doctors are good and helping and supporting in nature. All the checkup went smoothly. Thank you for this thoughtful camping idea.. this helps a lot of people for thorough screening of their body.

I am writing this review with a very heavy heart after losing my maternal uncle following around 20 days of treatment at ILBS Delhi. Our experience with the hospital was extremely disappointing and distressing. Throughout the treatment, we felt that there was a serious lack of clear communication and accountability regarding his condition and prognosis. For almost 20 days, he continued to receive treatment, but we did not feel that the seriousness of his condition was communicated to the family clearly enough. Then, quite suddenly, we were told that his condition had become extremely critical and he was shifted to the ICU. From that point, the financial burden increased dramatically, with charges of around ₹1.10 lakh per day. As a family already dealing with the fear of losing a loved one, being faced with such enormous daily expenses without feeling that we were receiving sufficient clarity about the treatment and expected outcome was extremely difficult. Despite spending a significant amount on his treatment, my uncle ultimately passed away. They are just extracting Money from patients.. Prefer some other hospital instead of this.. they are just thief's and extorting money from poor people..

While I acknowledge that Dr. Sarin has immense knowledge and is an institution unto himself, the ICU management at this hospital was an absolute nightmare. I tragically lost my father here, and I feel compelled to warn others about the severe lack of prompt patient care. Major Issues Experienced: Unprofessional Junior Staff: The ICU is primarily run by junior doctors who were rude and lacked empathy. Dr. Rahul, in particular, exhibited highly unprofessional behavior during a critical time. Documentation Over Life-Saving Care: The staff prioritizes paperwork and taking consents at every single step over actual patient care. Saving a life should be the utmost priority, but that was not our experience. Dangerous Delays in Treatment: My father was visibly gasping for breath. Despite having already signed the intubation consent at the time of admission, the medical team waited an agonizing 5 hours to act. No Sense of Urgency: The obsession with redundant consent forms destroys any promptness in treatment. The ICU at ILBS is run in a way that feels like it accelerates a patient's decline by 10x. If you want compassionate, urgent, and life-saving care for your loved ones, please be extremely cautious.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at ILBS Delhi, especially Team of Dr. Satendra Pal Sir and Dr. S. M. Shastri Sir, for their excellent treatment and care of my father. My father is a Grade 3 liver cirrhosis patient, and we were referred to ILBS Delhi by my uncle. After receiving treatment under their team, we have seen significant improvement in his health. We are truly grateful for their expertise, care, and support. I highly recommend ILBS and the entire medical team for their dedicated service.

I would like to acknowledge that the hospital provides excellent medical services, and the doctors, nurses, and other staff members have been helpful and professional. However, my experience with the security guard was extremely disappointing and has left me deeply upset. I was verbally abused by a security guard for using the back gate of the hospital. Instead of politely explaining the hospital’s rules or directing me to the appropriate entrance, he chose to speak to me in an abusive, disrespectful, and intimidating manner. I was particularly disturbed by the way he behaved towards me as a female patient/visitor. He was a grown man, and I was a girl who was simply trying to enter or exit the hospital. His conduct made me feel uncomfortable, humiliated, and unsafe in a place where patients and visitors should be treated with dignity and respect. A security guard’s responsibility is to maintain safety and order, not to verbally harass or intimidate people. Even if I had used an entrance that was not permitted, there was absolutely no justification for abusive language or aggressive behaviour. Hospital rules can be communicated firmly without insulting or humiliating anyone. The fact that this incident happened within a hospital premises makes it even more concerning, because patients and their families often visit hospitals during stressful and vulnerable situations. I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this complaint seriously and investigates the behaviour of the security guard. The security team should be properly trained in communication, professionalism, and respectful treatment of patients and visitors, particularly women. No one should have to tolerate verbal abuse simply for using a gate or misunderstanding an entrance policy. I am writing this review not to undermine the hospital’s otherwise good medical services, but to bring attention to an issue that deserves immediate action. A hospital’s reputation depends not only on the quality of its treatment but also on how safely and respectfully people are treated from the moment they enter the premises. I hope the management ensures that such an incident does not happen to anyone else. Patients and visitors deserve better than being humiliated by hospital security personnel. Despite Delhi being a rape capital and ongoing cases right now. Such behaviour is intolerable.
