Dr Vikram Bhatia Sir, is। Cooperative cool & calm behaviour, give sufficient time to patient. We are highly satisfied with the medical treatment of Dr Vikram Bhatia Sir
Worst experience ever. Not recommending to anyone.... They told us to come early in the morning, so we reached at 7 AM and were sitting there since then. Our token number was 1, but they kept moving files up and down and changed our number to 20. We wanted to consult Dr. Sareen, but we were not informed that there is a team of 12 members under him. Before meeting him, we were sent to a junior doctor. My father’s condition was critical, and we requested them to please consult with the senior doctor. We met *Dr. Ibrar Ahmed Khan* and asked him to consult with Dr. Sareen, but he said that since the patient was not physically present with us, we should wait again. We explained that we had been sitting there since 6–7 AM and that the condition was critical, but his response was, “I can’t magically make him fine.” This is not an appropriate way for a doctor to talk to patients or their families. It was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
My mother, LALITA , was diagnosed with Hepatitis B and her condition had become very worrying for our family. In those difficult days, “Dr Rakhi Maiwall” and her dedicated team became the biggest source of hope for us. I genuinely get emotional while writing this because the way Dr Rakhi Maiwall handled my mother’s case was truly exceptional. She understands her patients deeply, explains everything with so much patience, and supports the family with real care and warmth. Her kindness, calm smile and confidence gave us strength when we felt completely helpless. Whenever we thank her and say that my mother got better because of her, “she simply smiles and says that it is God’s blessing on our family.”That humility makes her even more special. She did not just treat my mother medically. She guided her towards a healthier lifestyle and kept motivating her to stay positive and strong. Even today, during follow up visits, she remembers every detail and continues to give my mum the same attention, care and comfort. That level of dedication is rare. My mother’s recovery and improved health are truly because of Dr Rakhi Maiwall and her wonderful team. We are forever grateful and she will always have our deepest respect and heartfelt thanks. 🙏🏻
We went to ILBS Hospital for a pulmonary disease. My husband was suffering from cough syncope. There, Dr. D. Bhattacharya examined him, conducted all the related tests, and then explained the treatment very well and prescribed medicines.
10/10 rating for everything but disappoint by the behaviour of dr Meenakshi Sahoo (gynaecologist) as I was the donor and the way she talked was not expected from ILBS as it’s a no 1 in all hospitals. Its been 1 month we are doing all test, meeting different doctors and going through the 3 levels of test and after clearing all levels just need to talk to gynaecologist and this is how she asked ( are you educated or not / where is your test report / how much you have studied / can’t read the report correctly although all reports were present in system and I showed her there are N numbers of reports. She started to make me feel dumb due to this behaviour i didn’t ask the questions which I could ask that time. As an Gynae she should be humble with patient as patient should feel comfortable and free around her so the can tell all personal issues to her. For our liver transplant we met most of the seniors and highly recommended doctors like dr Pameja and dr AK Sood but didn’t see any attitude in any of them. ILBS thanks for the transplant but disappoint only this point of time.
Good Hospital with adequate facility. Doctors and staffs are good and well trained. I have been there for blood donation . The whole process was smooth and staffs showed total professionalism. Toilets are smelly. Wide parking facility is available.
******MUST READ BEFORE YOU ADMIT********** On 29th of April, my parents took my then 22-year-old sister to this hospital. After putting her in the emergency room, no doctor attended to my sister for nearly an hour or two. When the doctor came, he advised her to be shifted to the ICU when she was in well-conscious state. She was walking, talking, and responding to us. The night she got transferred to the ICU, doctors said she had gone unconscious, and to protect her brain, they put her in a medically induced coma. And after a month-long battle, she did not wake up. We lost the most precious member of our family. A week before she passed, she turned 23. And in the meantime, doctors were of no help. No one could tell us, what happened to her. Dr. Rakhi Mawal, who was handling our case went on a leave 3 days after My sister was transferred in her care and she came a week later. Then again during all of my stay at the hospital I realised, everytime she goes on leave, multiple number of patients passed away because there is no experienced staff to look after the patients in her absence. Couple days before my sister passed she performed tracheostomy on my sister and left on leave the very next day and she didn't survive the night after that. During the time we spent there at the hospital, none of the doctors explained what care the patient was getting. Upon asking the doctors about the same, all I got were vague answers with no solid explanation. Even when we decided to move her to another facility or hospital, they started fear-mongering to my parents. Stating that in the whole ICU only our patient cannot be moved because there's edema build up in the brain. After a couple of weeks, when my father took the risk of getting her CT scan done, they found her brain to be completely fine. Her prolonged stay at the hospital killed her, her poor diagnosis of the disease killed her, lack of care and staff at the hospital killed her. From the day she was transferred to the ICU till the day she passed, she was put on ventilator support. None of us got to say goodbye to her. A lot happened during our time there; this is just the tip. Everybody there at the hospital is just interested in making money. It is well well-developed system to extort money from the patient's family with no guarantee and no regard. I am short on words, but one thing I would wish from the depths of my heart is that " this hospital isn't worth the name it has created- this institution should be shut down completely to the ground." There is nothing good about this hospital. Dr S.K.Sarin is a fraud, Dr. Rakhi Mawal is more focused on building an image than actually helping her patients. She has no regard for the patient in her care nor their family. "WORST HOSPITAL EVER" If it wasn't for them, my sister would've been here with us.
I got to know about this hospital in Covid Pandemic as it was declared as Plasma Bank by Govt. Of Delhi NCT. It was surprising to see a government hospital so well maintained and hygienic. If any one has recovered from Covid, they can donate plasma in exchange of plasma for your patient or just to save someone’s life unknowingly. A great initiative indeed with very less formalities and a polite staff.
OPD is very efficient, but the whole admission and discharge process is very bad, if you want to be discharged in the afternoon it is practically not possible, the resident doctors are just not bothered, they prepare your discharge summary by evening so if you have cashless hospitalisation be prepared for one extra day expenses because of delay on doctors part. Medicines and diagnostic charges are low compared to other places. Day care is also very good.
This is a hospital specialised in Liver related problems. It is divided into 2 parts i.e. Old building and New building. Emergency is in Old building and most of the wards are in new building. New building is nicely built however old is just fine but both have air conditioning. Some Guards are very rude and misbehave in very unprofessional way. Parking is quite new and u may have wait there. There is a medical store in new building and same has cafeteria and Costa coffee. There is a mess at the back side of old building which has reasonable rates. Now the administration of this hospital have degraded and they now concentrate on making money which wasn't the case earlier.
