I recently had the pleasure of working with Krishna Furniture, Gurgaon, for a customized order of wooden conference chairs for our office, and I must say, my experience was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, Mr. Harish provided exceptional support and attention to detail. His dedication to customer satisfaction is highly commendable. To ensure the quality and design met our expectations, he personally visited Agra (around 300 km from Gurgaon) to inspect a sample chair. Such commitment towards delivering the best for his customers is rare and truly appreciable. The variety of furniture available at Krishna Furniture, whether for personal or official use, is impressive. Their craftsmanship, timely delivery, and customer-first approach make them a trusted name in the market. I highly recommend Krishna Furniture, Gurgaon, to anyone looking for high-quality furniture solutions backed by excellent service.

We recently purchased many furniture items from Krishna Furniture. They are having large variety of furniture. Their sales representative Abhishek Chaubey helped us a lot in picking the furniture items like double bed, sofa cum bed and almirahs. He is always a smiling and very courteous. May be a phone call or personal visit there is no difference in his courtesy. Even after sales there was a little suggestion from me he immediately sent the carpenter and got the things done as per my requirement. Lots of appreciation Abhishek and other members of Krishna Furniture

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent purchase. I bought a chair, but when it was delivered, it had dents. Although the store replaced it after I complained, the replacement also arrived with dents. Now, after just two months of use, the fabric is starting to tear. When I reached out for a solution, I was informed that I would need to pay extra to have it fixed. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this store in the future.

Rates are just ok, too much variation on rates that i dont like, some product are good
