Nice and very polite customer handling knowledgeable staff.....
The shop has vast collection of different kind of furniture. We got one sofa cum bed this time. Mr. Abhishek Choube guided us in our selection. Abhishek is a polite, well mannered, helpful and knowledgeable shop executive
This Branch of KF is huge outlet with very large display of furniture. Our sales associate Shivam Dubey is very supportive, polite, patient and ready to provide best possible deal to his customers. His promptness and supportive behavior led us to buy us more furniture which was not intended earlier Krishna furniture product quality is very good. Although they are having huge collection still they are ready to adopt new design which we wanted to customized to.
Very poor customer service. Sales person do not respond to your calls after placing order. We finalised one sofa design and paid advance. Their person came for measurements and said the design we finalised will not fit so we visited multiple times to find a design that fits our living room and after few visits we got to know that they had taken wrong measurements. So we finalised design as per correct measurements and sales person said that same discount will be given as was given on original design but when we went to billing counter he refused to entertain us. They don’t believe in customer retention and satisfaction. They were not ready to listen to mistakes of their measurement person and sales person
