Krishna Furniture - Sector 14, Gurugram

I’ve ordered center table. They’ve promised me to deliver it in 10 days but they took 22 days to deliver. That to when I started asking them. Neither the manger nor the salesmen bother to inform me regarding the delay. Finally after calling them many times they sent the table that to with scratches. Now they are not bothering to send the person to rectify it..They are so u Unprofessional.

I stay in Delhi and from here I specially visited Gurgaon to purchase furniture from this particular store as I saw video of this store at claptrap where a favourable furniture was shown of rupees thirty one thousands where as when I visited there personally they asked thirty six thousands rupees for same .I told them about the video where its cost was thirty one thousands since then they had stopped giving response. They are charging high then required, never visit over there if you want to save your hard-earned money

All product are very good and good quality and best price and north india in biggest showroom, knowladgble staff abhishek choubey ji

Very good furniture quality

Ms Monika in sector 14 branch has attended and guided us for mattress purchase very well. She has provided excellent service.

I have purchased so many things from krishna furniture nice designs specially suman was very helpful she guided me well and helped till the product was delivered and helped me with after sales service also

Seems like the salespersons are completely uninterested in their jobs. Customers are asked to go and find the furniture, read the price, pay and leave. I am okay with a low touch approach but specially for furniture, you need a consultant who can guide you. They lost their sales and I went to Flipkart for the purchase.

Highly overpriced. Similar and sometimes better stuff is available in smaller shops near this one. Although, all these Gurgaon shops are no match to Kirti Nagar market.

The services are very good and well behaved staff. Ms Monika really helped us to find our suitable mattress at reasonable price.
