Subject: Complaint against Jaisteel Facilitation Pvt Ltd for Fraudulent Activities Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent experience I had with Jaisteel Facilitation Pvt Ltd The company employee has assured me that they would provide me with an ID and a password, but they didn't. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to establish effective communication with the company, prompting me to write this open letter. On November 27, 2025, around 6 pm, I came across Jaisteel Facilitation Pvt Ltd through a Google search for retail agents for air ticketing. I submitted my details, and an employee named Sanjana contacted me, stating that I needed to pay INR 1999 to become an agent. She assured me that I would be contacted shortly to create an ID. However, within ten minutes, another person called, claiming that I needed to pay additional charges for the ID and password. I believe this was an attempt to deceive me. When I contacted Sanjana again and expressed my refusal to join the company, I was assured that my money would be refunded, but this has not happened, and my messages remain unanswered. I am not the only one who has had this experience, as evident from reviews online. It is concerning that such companies operate openly without being held accountable. I urge the authorities, particularly the Delhi Police, to investigate this matter and take necessary action against Jaisteel Facilitation Pvt Ltd.
