Never go to this place. Although they have lesser prices as compared to other shops, they are cheaters. They send old items and erase the MANUFACTURING dates from the carton using ethanol. That is why they have reduced prices. Better to pay the proper price as compared to paying a fraud.

Poor services , No manners how to talk with customers

Wrost service . Pls guys don’t go to this shop . They don’t know how to talk with customers. I mean agr koi inki shop se 1 lakh 21 thousand ki shopping kr rha h to vo 300 rs delivery charges bhi de dega but how they talk with so much arrogance that is not acceptable. Pls don’t go to this shop Wrost experience 😡😡😡 Or specially mr Sunil he don’t know how to talk with customers.

Biggest lier shop in the Ramphal chowk market. Dont visit or buy any product from this shop.. he fools you like anything.. and the owner doesn’t know that Sunil (who deals with customer) is actually making worst customer care experience. This person doesn’t know how to speak with customer.

What a terrible experience i had recently with OGeneral Dealer Kumra Engineering & Electrical works and i repeated mistake of giving advance amount to such sellers. I went to their showroom to buy one window AC model for which I already done some R&D. The showroom owner or staff are very overconfident with no business etiquette as they used to say we don’t go to customer as customer comes to us for buying O General ACs. After some discussion we ordered one windows AC AFGB12BAWA-B and they asked to submit advance amount of Rs 5000/- and rest payment after delivery which is scheduled on the next day. No advance slip has been given to us, as they only mention the remaining amount on back of their visiting card. This is the standard maintained by such dealers who are selling these kind of big brands. On the next day we are waiting for the delivery and arranged the remaining balance to pay but delivery has not been made. On 03rd day again we are waiting but nobody showed up. We called the dealer on the third day evening to check the status and he advised it might take another 10-15 days to get your model delivered. We were really surprised with the update why this has not been informed to us in advance and why we as a customer needs to follow up with showroom when we already given the advance amount. They told me on call that they are busy at the moment and cannot talk on phone. So from the customer point of view you can feel how it looks like when advance amount is given and you don’t have any product in your hand, no proper bill copy nor getting proper updates. On the another day we went to showroom on my Petrol car and you can imagine how a customer spending unnecessary expenses to visit the showroom again where petrol rates are too high. These sellers should take the ownership and should pay the amount of Petrol as well if customer are visiting their showroom when they are not providing services and cheating with customers. We had some discussion in the showroom and requested to give our advance amount back as we are not happy with their commitment and looks something wrong with the showroom. They agreed to give the amount by cheque stating your advance money was given by card payment so cannot give cash. We shared our bank details and showroom employee assured us that he will submit the cheque on the next day to the bank as we both have account in the same bank and your advance money will be credited within 24 hours. Again we wait for 24 hours to 72 hours but no money has been received in my account which creates lot of tension and it feels like we are being harassed by this dealer knowing that there is no commitment on their side and they are doing all such things under the name of OGeneral brand. We called him again and he replied on the phone that owner is not available from past two days so cheque has not been signed. These showroom staff is so busy when there is no rush in the showrooms these days and they did not bothered to call the customer and give them the status. I can understand that why they did not calling us as they have nothing to lose as they already got advance amount and in win win situation. I am putting this honest review just to make sure other customers like me beware from such dealers and do not suffer like me by giving advance money. Finally got my money in my account after two weeks.

I purchased 2 units from them which were timely delivered and installed. One unit faced cooling issues after installation which was diagnosed after multiple visits. The issue was with AC underground piping. It took 3-4 visits to properly diagnose the issue and commision the unit. Very Profesional service and after sales support by Kumra Team. Highly recommended for ACs. Special Thanks to Mr. Sunil for astounding support.

Good only till buying ac after buying they say badly .

Good store if you wish to buy air conditioners. They have a wide range and I managed to get one at a lesser price than quoted by Amazon and Flipkart. They even arranged with Voltas for same day installation. Only problem is locating the shop. It was by chance I came across them and I have no regrets buying an AC from them.

Their behaviour before and after sale is completely different. They also do not disclose installation fee of split AC until installation, ultimately costing more than reliance digital. Installation guys are also not trained professionals but cheap hiring. The young guy who handles customers is ill mannered.
