They have varieties of products to chose from, just bought an gas stove from them and I'm not gonna lie but they has the best price for the model which k was looking for

Really it is any amazing shop to buy your appliances from,just bought an ao Smith geyser from them and it is working reall well

सुनील जो की यह पे पब्लिक डीलिंग करता हैं, इस इंसान को बात करने की तमीज़ नहीं हैं । कृपया अपनी समझदारी से इस दुकान पे जाये। वैसे इस दुकान के रेट बहुत हाई हैं और आफ्टर सेल्स सर्विस भी बहुत बेकार है । रामफल चौक पे बहुत सी और दुकाने है जो इसे बेहतर रेट और अच्छी तरीक़े से डील करती है

Very Good Services and Great Services Experience

Pathetic service, lying people who will do anything to make a sale. Please avoid this place, their salesman will promise you anything to sell their product even if it's a lie. 3 days ago, they sold me a chest freezer, although I mentioned my requirements are for storing milk products and vegetables, The salesman Minto told me that the freezer is good for my requirements as the product comes with a temperature control which can be used according to the needs. When the product was delivered and I found out that there is no way the temperature can be controlled according to my needs, These guys backed from thier word, lying saying they never promised that. I launched a complaint with Voltas and thier customer service told me that it can be replaced if it's under one month, but the lying people at Kumar Engineering are saying they won't replace it. My suggestion if you are looking to buy Refrigerator, Air Conditioner or any electronic product, there are many multi-brand retailers in the locality, go for them if you want to know what you are buying. Because salesman at Kumra engineering will tell you anything to sell their product even if it's a lie and when you reach them out later they will outright deny saying that.
