Punjab Hardware

Owner are rude and not at all friendly with their customers , their products are at higher price as compare to others in near by. shops They promise to exchange the product , but when you visit them they don't do it, and behave rudely, Many products are local in their shop for which they gave you guarantee/warranty , but when you visit their shop regarding any warranty or guarantee of the product, they behave rude and does not exchange or repair the product. Please don't visit this shop at any cost. I may pathetic service from there end

Worst shop in Ganesh Nagar (west delhi). Owner behavior is so rude at time of refund. My person went twice time for small amount. Worst experience. Around 50k shopping done from this shop. They Doesn't know how to give customer service.

If you are looking for a shop that offers variety along with quality .. then this is the shop .. I have been purchasing from them from quite a long time n have never been disappointed as they have always up to date with the new trends. Premium brands and high end quality 👍🏻 …

Very good experience at this hardware store specially the variety of products at display let you make good decision. They also showed me product in actual home settings so I could get real feel of product. The quality of products is top notch as compared to other shops so I am happy with this store since quality matters more to me than cost when buying something for my home. This is my one-stop shop now for all my hardware needs since the quality of products is very good.

This time they responded properly and giving services last time might be some misunderstanding. My last experience was below mentioned but now good. Products quality is good sometimes 1-2 pieces can be faulty or minor problem but over all good as bought all house product just from them only because of quality Last experience: (3rd class service they will just sell the product and if any issue arises they will not takk to u even stop taking calls and when visit rude behaviour. No one should buy anything from then buy on more cost but don’t go to them. U should get better service. Faulty product sell and will not take gurantee for anything)

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Punjab Hardware Shop! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist with any questions. The variety of products available is impressive, and the quality of the items I purchased exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a professional or a DIY enthusiast, this shop has everything you need. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend Punjab Hardware Shop to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service. Will definitely be back for all my hardware needs!

I recently visited Punjab Hardware Shop, and I must say, I had an outstanding experience! The store is well-organized, and they carry a wide range of high-quality hardware products. Whether you're looking for basic tools or more specialized items, they have everything you need. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering great advice and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of hardware supplies. Will definitely be coming back!

Very bad experience. The shopkeeper is extremely rude and ill-mannered. He does not know how to talk to customers and has no basic manners at all. He does not even reduce one rupee and behaves very arrogantly. If you ask anything, he responds in a very disrespectful and harsh manner, as if he is doing us a favor. I visited it once — which was a big mistake from my side. I will never visit this shop again in my life and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience. Owners are very rude, arrogant and do not know how to talk to the customers and if there is an issue in the product, they will argue with you and will neither return or replace the faulty product

Owners are rude, no discount. Bug sales man are nice. Collection is ok but you will find that kind of collection in other shops in the market too. I did end up buying Handles for my Almirah you can see in the pics. But jst coz I dint hv time to visit more stores. And han photos are not allowed too
