Punjab Hardware

Worst customer service provided.. Doesn’t have the manners to talk to the customer. Very rude. Never expected such rude behaviour from a shop at such a place.

Amazing place. You will get all types of guidance and choices. Must visit for hardware solutions! Also, best rate in the market.

Good quality products but staff n owner can improve their owner-occupied reservation basis their judgement about customer and talk accordingly

Good shop, one shop shopping, all varieties as per your cash require, fixed rates. Good behavior of staff.

behavior's of staff is very rude (Manish) they dont know anything in local market. If you want to humiliate & waste your time please visit at punjab hardware

I high profile hardware store where good quality hardware stuff is available. Ofcourse good quality comes at a premium and it's no different here, but if quality fittings are your thing this is the place for you.

Super unfriendly staff. No one wears a mask. Avoid at all costs. Would go to one of the shops surrounding them. I wasn’t aware of the price of the object I was trying to buy and they were charging me Rs 100 extra than a shop 20 feet away.

Too rude and unprofessional. They promise to deliver products and then make lame excuses of their delivery boy fallicg sick. Owners are shrewd. They dont even guve bills upon asking and waarnaty cards had to be reminded repeatedly. I dont recommend this shop.

Owners was rude prices are high lesser choice off accessories available. They are not exchange even after 2 day's off purchases don't recommend anyone to visit.

Worst customer service ever encountered in the entire Ganesh Nagar market. I ordered an electronic door lock, first they send a very ordinary skill people to install my product on their failure my local electrician came and got the job done. My already installed electric wire was used and they charged me unnecessary for using 24 MTR wire. On my questioning to explain the charges they were unable to justify the useage of that 24 MTR wire. They promised to deliver the bill so that the product is under warranty, 10 days have passed and we haven't received our bill till date.
