Evergreen Hardware (Jaquar-Godrej-Dorset-Hettich-Essco-Artize)

Fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I found high-quality Jaquar sanitary ware that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!"

While the store has a decent variety of items, I’ll rate them low particularly for 3 things- (1) Their customer service. It’s quite sad. To the extent that we got blamed for damage while exchanging some items. Turns out that it was a design from manufacturing and was there in every piece. They refused to believe us initially. And the way it was pointed at, was both disappointing and insulting. Terrible customer experience. (2) The location is always packed and crowded. There’s no place to park your car (3) Rates appear relatively high and non negotiable. Kotla is way better All in all, I’m not going back in there again. And would recommend others to opt for an alternative shop. Hope they improve their service before they start losing more customers

Spoken on phone and via WhatsApp to request an automatic lock price and delivery charges. Fast service and all details on the phone. Even ready to courier the lock. Not ordered as I got something local (a city in UP).

Excellent customer service! The team was knowledgeable about the latest Jaquar products and helped me select the right sanitary fittings for my home. Highly satisfied!

Poor return policies. The prices of the products are also on a higher side when compared to the other verified dealers in the same vicinity. I was also surprised to learn when the Dorset denied them as a verified supplier of their products (received a confirmation in writing). The owner should be more customer centric and extend its cooperation and support to enhance the customer experience.

Very well experience and all staff are good

Good shop all types of hardware store

We placed an order for white cement, for which the shopkeeper quoted an inclusive price of ₹950, with 28% GST. When he raised the invoice today, the GST rate was 18%. However, he did not pass on the tax deduction benefit to the customer. This is a case of anti-profiteering in GST practice by the shopkeeper.

Owners and staff here is very rude and do not reply to customers in a polite manner. They make customers feel bad and dissatisfied.

the owner and staff were very nice i bought a tank and other stuff from them and had a problem with a item which they changed, excellent customer service
