Myself Renu Dubey ..I am 39 ...the journey from 97 to 88 and from xxl to xl did not seem tough at all just because of Manish sir and his team.. my weight was 97 when I took the diet plan from Manish sir.. before that I took many diet plans, even if I lost 4-5 kgs, it would increase again… somewhere I also used to get weak while following my daily diet… then when I started the diet plan from Manish sir, all the diet plans given by sir were very interesting with lots of variations… I think my little hard work and Manish sir's dedication has brought a lot of change in me… I feel very light and beautiful at the same time… from 97 to 88 The journey I have done in three months is very slow but it is very satisfying for me... Now I have to lose weight and enjoy my life with more colours... Thank you so much for this change... I appreciate myself and lots of thanks to Ask you diet team and Manish sir. 😊😊😊
