Experience was very good Thanks for Care of my baby

My experience with this hospital is excellent, my baby was admitted in this hospital on 22/07/2025 and issue was baby not cried after birth and breathing problem and today on 28/07/2025 my baby is discharged and condition is very good. All the doctors and nursing staff is very good and behaviour of all the staff is excellent.

I visited Neonex Newborn Hospital sector-3 a few days ago in the evening, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any medical facility. This place does not feel like a hospital at all — it’s a complete mess with no professionalism. The so-called “Dr. Amit” made me seriously question whether he even has a valid degree. Instead of focusing on my child’s diagnosis, his behavior was highly inappropriate — he was more interested in giving his personal number and asking us to visit him at some other clinic. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Another doctor (with specs, and a stethoscope around his neck whose name I don’t remember) didn’t even look or act like a medical professional. The overall conduct, lack of manners, and zero sense of responsibility from the doctors shocked me. This place is absolutely pathetic. I strongly do not recommend Neonex Hospital to anyone. I also doubt whether the doctors here even hold valid medical degrees, and I will be raising a formal complaint with the CDMO office. I would never step into this hospital again — even if it were the last one on earth.

Our experience at this hospital has been very good. Doctors, staff are very polite and cooperative. Our baby was preterm weighing 1.04 kg at the time of admission. Though the journey was too long but it was a great success in the end. Baby now weighs 1.72kg and is going home now.

Money minded hospital only one compounder in hospital very rude behave only money money dont go to this hospital if u want ur baby live

I recommend this hospital for all parents as they do best for the children. They take only nominal charges for the treatment and they don’t scare parents like other hospitals do. For the infants it is best hospital. My niece kishu had been treated here and got fast recovery with proper care.

My experience with neonex hospital was very good. I admitted my baby on 8 April 2025. At that time my baby weighed 900 grams, an extremely premature baby. And I discharged on 18 June at a weight of 1.8 kg. All the doctors and nursing staff of this hospital are very good. I feel completely familiar with them. I got good treatment here at a very low cost. I am very thankful to the team of neonex newborn hospital

Very Poor experience. staff is very unprofessional. They are treating parents like their slaves. They will not give you any details of course of treatment of your child nor will counsel you about expenses. They are just interested taking money from patients and compelling parents to deposit money on alternate day without giving them the details of running Bill. Pathetic hospital. They are looting and cheating people in day light. when you ask anything about your bill and and treatment of your child then answer is "Sir humare yaha rush h, hum running nahi de payenge, for medical course of treatment, in 21st century they give you give hand written essay, today I visited to hospital and force to discharge my child, and enquired that why they did not provided me estimate bill for which I was doing follow ups from last 4 days, their so called Dr. Dr Amit who i am assuming would not having MBBS degree also but called themself Dr ( Actually behaving like Goons by his behaviour and attire ) started misbehaving and shouting on me. they ransomed/looted me very high and irrelevant amount without giving me any details which I was asking from last 4 days. Further look the beauty of there shamefull behaviour, post looting money from me, in entire hospital, nobody bothered to tell me the further medicine and precautions which we have to take post discharging my daughter. Not recommended for any one. I think any government mohalla clinic will serve/behave with you in far far better way.
