My baby admitted here in critical condition.Now my baby is very healthy.I thanks to all staff and Doctors to make my baby healthy. Special thanks to Dr. Shalini Goyal who treated Babies best. Reception Mam Lochan Sharma also have good nature and cooperative.

Most of the reviews are fake here. They are just running a business. They just need money. They are looting and cheating people in day light. I delivered twins on 17th sep. can't forget the day when i sent my newborns in Neonex. We lost our babies. At the time of admission They promised to show our babies over videocall everyday. But when we asked to do so they said no. When my husband asked about the treament of our baby they asked to submit the money first. We gave the money Thn only they provided us the improper details of the treament given to the baby. And the next day they declared our baby dead. They don't care about your feelings. While we were waiting for our baby's dead body they again asked us to submit more money. Not once twice but so many times they asked for the money. And we gave the money coz we had our second baby with them. the next day when we asked about the other baby's treatment details. They gave us the details asked to submit the money again and declared the other baby dead the next day. If you love your babies do not admit your baby in Neonex.

Neonex hospital for newborn babies is a wonderful place where care and nurture is provided with utmost diligence and safety. Their management and doctors are wonderfull and really helpful. They took care of my babies really professionally and humanely. Thanks to them my daughters are well and healthy now. Dr Anuj Jain is a great professional and an empathetic doctor who understands how parents would feel in a difficult time. His dedication, diligence and support provided throughout the treatment was amazing and he was always very communicative and informative about how to take care of a newborn baby. He ensured that all facilities for treatment were available and there was minimal risk which we had to work through under his care. Overall my experice with the facility and the management has been really wonderfull. Special mention to all the support staff and nurses who played a key role. Very good hospital, staff n doctors are well trained. They take care of every preterm child very seriously.. Dr anuj Jain is very cooperative & helpful..highly recommended.

Very helpful doctors and all doctors very professional and also all staff very carefully about patient. Very excellent service My twin baby discharge after 25 days baby 7 months only Both babies were very sick ....the whole team of neonex took best care of my primies to atmost level..there were lots of complication but all were managed properly Moreover they never keep you in dark and keep explaining about every things Very satisfied.
