I have been a client to Nail One Vasant Square Mall for more than 8 Years now. To be specific, the owners Mr. Nitin. and Ms. Chaitanya are extremely amazing personalities. They and their staff always value their clients. Their staff whom I am mostly engaged with Miss. Ritika, Miss. Roya, Miss. Chimi along with their managers Miss. Bella and Miss. Ekta are very sweet and humble. Talking about their salon services from head to toe are up to the mark. Review 1. Excellent job done at NailOne! After getting an average gel extension done abroad, I travelled to india where I thought I’d get refills and a new colour. I had very bad experience today at makeover one salon.They treat customers differently and partially.I had really bad experience with the counter staff and the owner who were very rude while i was making payment.No regards no discount not making eye contact even after spending 3-4k. Counter Staff was very rude, disrespectful,no eye contact while she was telling me to make payment.This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable at spa services. No going back there,not recommending to anyone. Owner was also unapologetic towards the behaviour of their staff. Not going there ever.
