I have been going to Nail One since 2021 for gel manicures & pedicures, hair cuts, blow outs and many other services. I am very picky when it comes to my hair & nails, and they have never disappointed me in the past 3 years! The staff is very nice and welcoming. For hair, I always ask for Sharon and for nails I would recommend Ritika, she has done my nails multiple times and she does a great job at refining the details. I have attached my latest set of chrome nails that Ritika did last week. I love it so much, thank you Nail One! Hi queens, if you ever wonder where you can add colours to yr preety nails go for it here. The effort they put beautifying my nails are top notch and their hospitality is just so superb. They have so many options if you want to overlay, extend etc² got so many more. So, just go give it a try ❤️². I'm posting this after my second bad experience. Not only the prices are high but the way you try to scam is unimaginable. I was informed that for French nails both hands' price is Rs. 800 and if I add glitter then Rs. 800 more. I requested the manager to let me use glitter on two fingers in exchange for only one hand French and he agreed. The billing should have been for 800+18% tax= 944 but I was told that the bill was for 1190. I was asked to pay Rs. 100 extra for a line that I only changed the position for and they called it art. Though it doesn't make sense but even if I buy that the total should have been Rs. 1062 but I was charged Rs. 1100 and showed it as a favour. Not only customer service but the math is pathetic. Same happened in the previous session where I specifically told the girl what I wanted and the amount I wanted to keep it under. I was informed Rs.300 for simple one hand Rs.900 for another with shades and Rs.500 each finger for the art. I asked for one finger and expected my bill to be Rs.2006 but after finishing I was given a bill for more than Rs.3000 upon questioning I was informed that since there were little dots like birds on other fingers which I never asked for and told the girl not to do it but she insisted, I was supposed to pay Rs.500 for each. After a little argument, the owner showed the bill for Rs.2700 and what was worst was that he never asked his employee for the details nor did she say anything and I had to bare the expense. I hope you learn to behave and treat your customers right or at least basic calculations. P.S. I would love to appreciate the girl who did my nails on August 5th, forgive me for forgetting your name(adding the picture) and thank you! That was the only time I was happy with Nail one. Service was good but Poor quality !! Look at this !! The price I paid along with the GST was not even worth it !! 🚨A lil reminder for all the ladies first confirm the price with the colours along with the tax before getting the nails done ! If not just for the plain colour when the bills is out they are ready to say this particular colour is different as an extra charge !the one which I want wasn’t available so I opt for milky colour as the staff was giving me an option to pick !! was informed acrylic last like a month lol it doesn’t last a week also the acrylic came out after 3 days.. so disappointed ! ! I did specially as it’s my birthday Month. Thanks .

Went there the other day to get my mom nail extensions done. Had a very good experience in service and hospitality with the staffs there. The staff Alice was very patient even with the language barrier my mom had communicating with her and the Manager Sarah on another helping making us feel comfortable like it's our own home and listening to what my mom wants.
