I had a very disappointing experience with Vasvi and her team. I met her in July to discuss my bridal makeup and asked a few genuine questions (politely) since I have a dusky skin tone and wanted to be sure my makeup wouldn’t oxidize. I told her I’d get back in 2–3 days but due to personal reasons I reached out after 10–15 days. By then, her team told me the slots weren’t available. Later, when my friend checked for the same dates, she was told the slots were available — yet when I asked again, I was told they were not. It felt less about availability and more about them being selective — since I asked questions and didn’t book immediately, I was dropped off. That’s unfair, because a bride deserves time to decide on something as important as her wedding makeup. Future brides: please be very sure before booking her. A wedding is the most important day of your life, and if Vasvi and her team carry the same attitude issue that many other MUAs do, then best of luck to you. Attaching screenshot as proof of conversation P.S. Prachi (her team member) just called me saying this was a “misunderstanding” but only ended up telling a web of lies to cover her earlier ones. I caught her instantly and told her not to call me again. Update after Vasvi’s reply: I’m shocked at the audacity of your lies. Instead of owning up to your team’s mistake, you’re shamelessly twisting facts. No alternative timing was ever offered to me — stop making things up. When my friend asked for the same date (9th and 10th Feb), she was told it’s available. But when I asked if any slot was free for the same dates (without mentioning a time), I was flatly told no. That’s not a mix-up, that’s dishonesty. I have proofs to expose these lies and will be more than happy to share them.

Hi Vasvi, This is your 29 April reception bride. I just wanna say that I have been following you for over 2 years and all I wanted was to get dolled up by you. Hi Vasvi I’m doing well, hope you’re doing fine too❤️ I want to share my experience. Since i had searched a lot of makeup artists on instagram and was confused. Then Came to know about you. I want to tell you that you have done a great job. Simply amazing👍You understood all my concerns very well. All i wanted was a ‘no heavy foundation look’. My makeup looked natural, balanced and lasted upto 10-12 hrs. And after that i have booked you for my reception as well. I was totally satisfied with my both looks (wedding and reception). Hairstylist has also done great job👍

Hi vasvi ... So sorry for my late reply but was thinking how to express my experience. I was very excited and nervous at the same time for my bridal look. I was searching and searching and contacting various makeup artist but very one knows bestfriends to the rescue🤌🏻 After her suggestion , i came across you and it was the best decision of my life🥰 You have a very nice way of enhancing the make up without making it look heavy , i am a little dusky tone or may be tanned but you did not go up in my skin tone which was commendable . My makeup stayed for more than 12 hours . And the comments and feedback i received from my loved ones and everyone in my family was very overwhelming🥰🥰🥰 Loved each and everything about you and your team. The way the cheered me up on the day because i was so worried about the situation outside. I will surely recommend soul artistry by vasvi jain to anyone scouting for their bridal makeup.
