A beautiful space for meditation, stillness and inner exploration 🌿🧘‍♀️ I recently had the opportunity to stay at Osho Dham, Nazafgarh, for a week, and I also visited during Guru Purnima. Both experiences were deeply enriching and memorable. Osho Dham is much more than just a place to visit. It offers a wonderful opportunity to step away from the noise and rush of everyday life and turn inward. The peaceful surroundings, greenery, open spaces and meditative atmosphere create a sense of calm that is difficult to find in the middle of a busy city. Staying there for an entire week gave me the chance to truly experience the space rather than simply passing through. There is something beautiful about having the time to slow down, meditate, spend time with yourself and observe life without the usual distractions. The environment naturally encourages introspection and awareness. My experience during Guru Purnima was especially beautiful. The atmosphere, the collective energy and the presence of so many people coming together with a shared interest in meditation and inner growth made the occasion truly special. I would highly recommend Osho Dham to anyone who feels drawn towards meditation, spirituality, self-exploration or simply wants to take a break from the constant demands of everyday life. It is particularly wonderful for those who are looking for some quiet time with themselves and are open to exploring a different way of experiencing life. It may not be a conventional holiday destination—and perhaps that is precisely what makes it special. You go there not merely to see a place, but to experience yourself in a different environment. Osho Dham – An Honest, Practical Review आपके अंदर बैठे ईश्वर को मेरा प्रणाम Visited Osho Dham recently and stayed there for a couple of days. Sharing a practical review because most reviews either make it sound like heaven or completely miss the useful details. 1. Stay & Charges • Dormitory: ₹1,500/night. Around 16 beds, but it is AC, so reasonably comfortable. • Double-sharing room: around ₹4,000–₹5,000/night. • If you are only coming for meditation without staying, the charge is ₹1,000 for a day. • For only morning Dynamic Meditation, the charge is ₹400 including breakfast. Weekend tip: You generally don't need pre-booking, but the dormitory can get full on weekends. Better to call once before coming. 2. Robe Is Mandatory You have to wear their robe inside the meditation area. • Normal robe: ₹900 each. • Zip-type robe: ₹2,100 for a pair. The robe area also has Osho books and magazines, so you can browse through them while you're there. 3. Facilities Parking is available inside. Drinking water is available and the premises are reasonably clean. The overall place is quite relaxed. Don't expect a super-serious, silent Himalayan monastery kind of atmosphere. Honestly, Osho Dham feels partly like an ashram and partly like a peaceful picnic/chill-out spot. 4. What You Should Actually Expect This is probably the most important point. Don't come here expecting that staying for 2–3 days will suddenly change your life. It probably won't. But you can get an introduction to Osho's meditation techniques, especially Dynamic Meditation, experience the environment and see how you personally respond to it. For someone who has never experienced Osho's meditation setup before, that introduction itself can be valuable. 5. Teachers & Sessions The Swamis/teachers conducting sessions are not all permanent residents. Many come from different places, so the quality and style of the session can vary depending on who is conducting it. There is also a noticeable social element around the place. At times, it feels like women get a little more attention, particularly when they ask questions about meditation or broader issues of life. They are also spreading love everywhere 💕. So, don't be overwhelming that your all doubts will be solved. Om Tatsat
