Sova World Wide Impex

Sova Worldwide Impex is our all time go-to store. It's impossible for us to not visit them whenever we're in Sadar Bazaar. They keep a very wide range of home-decor products. We always look for premium quality products and Sova never fails to provide us the same. We only deal in wholesale with them and it's possible to get a few faulty/defected products too when you shop in bulk. But they're generous enough to help you out with the exchange of those products as well. I wish them all the best. ⭐️

Very beautiful and unique collection. Their order process is very systematic and packing is very good too. Which mislnimises the damage. I have been purchasing from them since last 5 yearsand till now no issues

Bought few items for my shop. When i open the material one piece was missing and other one was broken. They keep good quality of product but customer satisfaction is very important. They refused to change it and it was bad luck for me as i haven't checked it before taking the delivery.

Amazing products with good price. They have a vide range of products under one roof. The staff are really co operative. Arun ji along with people att he billing counter are too good... Kudos to team SOVA...💐💐 …

Purchased flower vase from them, i selected green colour pot and when I received the product it was black. I call them to Complaint but the reply was "it's wholesale shop, we do not give any colour and design choices. But if it's like that then please answer: 1. Why you don't mention this thing to customers before? 2. Why you keep all available colours in display, and moreover why you have different codes for different colours? These people's are completely fraud as mentioned by many people, it was my mistake I have not seen the reviews before. All unprofessional peoples are trying to be professional by using laptops and using online stock management system. But they are completely illiterate and unprofessional, they don't know basic customer handling.

Best gift wholesaler in delhi better than fake wholesalers in sadar 😶‍🌫️ …

Totally Fraud people..I admit they have good collection but Overpriced of everything and moreover when you order them, they will take more than 7 days to ship your order. Moreover you will get many discrepancies in their Bill. Many items in the bill will not match as per bill. Overall you will get cheated. So, visit there in your own risk.

Please don't order with this company. They have spoil our business because it's our first order with them and we are having first festival of our business and they fail to send goods even in 4 days. 100% Payment was done in advance now no body is bothering about our order. If you love your business never ordered to this company. I am sorry to hear your reply because order placed on 23 October and it's 28th. 2ndly before placing our order we confirmed many times for time. Your team committed for 24 to max 48 hours delivery time because it's just 4-5 hours distance. If you want to assist better then make your support better and once of your team member said we have sent it now it's your problem and you should know that it may happened. You don't think its not at all acceptable time of 5 days 4-5 days. If you really want serve your clients then you should address this issue personally, only replying here will not stop my loss.

They speak very rudely with customers. In their videos, they claim to deal in both retail and wholesale, but when you actually visit the store, they refuse to sell anything, saying they deal only in wholesale. Their videos are misleading, and they don’t care if someone has traveled from far away just to buy from their store. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store.
