The team is polite and nice, however the stitching quality is horrible. All the sizes they do are wrong and once they have sold no one takes interest in resolving the issues. They keep explaining endlessly, our curtains are uneven in sizes.

If they treat interior designers this way, I cannot imagine how they treat ordinary customers. 1. Ordered two fabrics Dreams Furnishing about a week ago Both orders were delivered late. 2.One fabric i accepted without any issue. However, upon personally checking, the other green velvet fabric was discoloured, faded, dull, and far from the rich green i had ordered . I also matched it with the catalogue. 3.I didn’t ask for a refund, but for a replacement of the completely unacceptable 1500 per metre. 4. Next one after the other three men one at the cash counter, another named Sunny, and a third man at the store repeatedly tried to force me, a 30-year-old woman, to believe that the damaged fabric was “the correct shade.” They kept carrying it under different lights,not at all ready to listen, angry and kept forcing the fabric onto me. When I completely refused, even after half an hour of their lies, the man misbehaved, got angry, and said, “If you don’t agree, we can’t do anything.” 5. I have also shopped at NIRMALS, right adjacent to them, and the difference is night and day. They understand what premium customer service is and would accept defects and issue a replacement in the blink of an eye. All interior designers and architects, please avoid this store. We lost ₹4,500 and also suffered a huge delay because we had to reorder the fabric for our project. This is one of the most unethical and customer-hostile businesses I have ever dealt with.
