I had a very bad experience; it’s a really terrible company.
Helpful service and on point coordination. The photos look great awaiting my bag! Thank you
My moccasins were fixed perfectly but my heels were sent incomplete and felt a bit like the way I sent them. The pricing could be better and their delivery timelines are completely off . But overall it was an ok experience .
They were prompt, very professional and kept us updated through the process. We are very happy with the result
They are superb at handling luxury leather items and refurbishing to make them complete new. Got my Johnston and Murphy’s boots chewed by a dog got done by them and they look completely new. Superb service and they even pick and deliver.
Don't fall for the scam. Proper repairing not done even after paying hefty fees and the response you will get is ' This is the best we can do' I advise to kindly not waste your money and beloved leather belongings here.
I had got my prada shoes repaired , and they have done a great job with that . I am a frequent client , and they have always given good service to me .
I really enjoy my refurbished shoes and bag. The bag is almost good as new after a spa and can last another few years without a doubt.
The work was immaculately done by The Leather Laundry and repair almost felt like there was no damage to the product at all. Very professional and skilled people . Keep up the good work guys.
My bags have been fixed with utmost care and I can completely trust them with the repair processes they carry out.
