It’s value for money
The staff who came for the work was really professional and explained everything very nicely. Hoping that they retain what they promise. Overall great experience 👍😃 …
Prompt response. Good service. Got the nano coating done on Sofas, chairs and carpets. The demo was effective. Now will put a follow up review after 6 months after checking the effectiveness of coating
Great experience! Mr. Om Prakash is very polite and explains everything very well. They deliver exactly as advertised plus the service is quick as well. Go for it without any second thoughts.
I purchased a costly service from Magia’s authorised distributor in Pune, who clearly promised a 1-year warranty before payment but completely denied it afterward. Despite repeated follow-ups, Magia’s team has failed to respond properly on WhatsApp and has still not issued the promised warranty invoice even after more than a week — this is extremely unprofessional and misleading.
Services r good but a lil overpriced, but the aap locator and the lady who contacted were very soft spoken an also the applicator did his work nicely, also they properly showed the demo too, satisfied with the work but yes took the service cos it was necessary Price assessment Overpriced Price ₹9,000–10,000 Services Upholstery cleaning
This is regarding the false assurance given at the time of purchase by Magia’s authorised distributor in Pune. I was clearly promised a 1-year warranty before making the payment. However, after the payment was completed, the warranty commitment was denied. It has now been more than a week, and despite multiple follow-ups on WhatsApp, there has been no proper response or issuance of the warranty invoice. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I expect the official warranty confirmation and invoice to be issued within the next 24 hours. Failing which, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum and escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it immediately.
