Good Service
good staff Positive Quality, Professionalism, Value
I had always been very satisfied with White Tiger Drycleaning for my clothing, which is why I trusted them with two of my rugs. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a terrible mistake. Both rugs were seriously damaged after being cleaned by White Tiger. I paid for the dry-cleaning service, yet despite the fact that the rugs are now ruined, the company refuses to reimburse me for either the cleaning cost or the damage caused. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent several emails and never received a response. The manager has not even had the courtesy to reply. I am now forced to visit the store in person just to try to get someone to address my complaint. It is a real shame because my previous experiences with clothing cleaning had been positive. However, when a company damages a customer's property, takes no responsibility, refuses any compensation, and simply ignores emails and complaints, it becomes impossible to recommend their services. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer care. I will never use their services again.
