Cleanodry

Loved loved loved their service. They were so quick with their work without compromising on the quality. Have made my clothes as good as new. Recommend it 💯 …

I have given for normal wash and iron they charged me for premium wash they not even washed my clothes and charged my 240 rupees kg and 40 percent extra for express delivery they mentioned in there advertisement 25 percent discount on first order they have not given any discount and they did not washed my clothes all stains are on shirt collar and T shirt colar I advice all people not to give any clothes to cleanodry please try for some other dry cleaning it's waste of time and money they charged me 1053 for 2 paints 2 shirts not even washed it's very expensive and service is very bad please don't give cloths

I wanted the wash n steam iron service for all my clothes but they insisted to go for dry clean. For half of the lot I agreed for dry clean but the wash and steam ironed clothes were so wrinkled. They just folded and sent after wash. I told them and they said we are sending and will get it done but no one came. All lies. Pathetic service.

Beyond frustrated and disappointed with this dry cleaning company. I trusted them with my precious Lehnga and they completely ruined it. After receiving it back, I noticed severe damage fabric tearing and an overall horrible condition. When I contacted them to express my concerns and request a resolution, they completely denied any responsibility and offered no apology. It’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company to handle delicate, expensive clothing so poorly and then refuse to take accountability for the damage. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They have no respect for their customers or their belongings. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dry cleaner at all costs.

Liked their fast and affordable service

My clothes came back looking brand new, and the Store manager is really friendly & cooperative. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this dry cleaning store to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service!

Best dry cleaning service I have ever got

Cleanodry seriously saved me this week! I used their premium express delivery service for the first time—and wow. Pickup was right on time, everything came back super clean and perfectly folded the next day. Even my delicate stuff was handled with care. It’s fast, super convenient, and totally stress-free. Definitely using this again!

I’m so happy with Clean O’Dry’s service! They dry cleaned my favourite bag and it looks as good as new. Really impressed with the care, quality, and quick delivery. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible experience with Cleanodry South Ex, mainly because of Badal and his team. We’ve been regular customers, but the service has been consistently careless. Clothes are repeatedly misplaced or forgotten to the point where we now have to document every single item we give them. Deliveries are almost always delayed, and getting a response requires multiple calls, if they even pick up. The latest incident was unacceptable. I gave them a new designer outfit after clearly confirming the delivery timeline for an event. They still managed to mess up the billing date and then went completely unresponsive. Badal promised delivery on Saturday night, didn’t deliver, and then ignored calls. We only got a response Sunday morning after repeatedly chasing him. When the outfit finally arrived (sent via Rapido in the rain), only the kurta showed up. The pants were missing. The explanation? The driver “might have lost them.” No accountability, no urgency, no proper response since then. Losing customers’ expensive clothes and then going silent is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. Would strongly advise against trusting this outlet with anything valuable.
