I would've given a minus 99 if possible worst service available, they have written our work speaks for itself, well their tongue too, the owner way too rude and dont know how to and whom to talk to, calling their free service as a favour on the customers. The managing authority had charged me more than what they ask in the price list fraudulently, so arbitrarily that they haven't even mentioned how much they charge for a cap in their price list and they charged me 60 bucks for it. I being an adult and a practicing lawyer myself, the manager had the audacity to call my mother to get the review removed and that he will not call and apologize for the same that their workmen had done to my accessory. Their workmen had deliberately curved my dear nike cap that is so blatant that it is a flat cap and yet he had the audacity to say that their worker might have not known it seriously? You've mentioned that you take care of luxury brands? What would you say when you Destroy a 1.2 lac shirt from versace? Worst managing authority, big time bad mouthed and unethical person, first learn the ethics of business then start one. Services Dry cleaning

Customer care is best experienced here. The quality of the garment remains as it's new. It's not expensive as compared to other brands. It's a new techno as the owner explained to me on phone and I was convinced, since then I'm hooked to this soft spoken young man who has the spark to achieve the heights in his industry. The best experience that I have ever had. I was unable to pick up my stuff and they made sure that they deliver it to me. Very considerate and amazing work. Worst experience and extremely poor client servicing. They don’t even remove stains properly, charge the full amount, and then stop responding to calls. Deliveries are never on time—even for urgent events. On top of that, their communication is rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disappointing.

What a service! This is the first time I tried Hans Dry Cleaners for few suits and some very premium Jackets. At first I was skeptical about using the service for a Berghaus Down Jacket. To my amazement the last time I saw it in such good condition was when it was brand new. The Staff was very polite and picked up all the clothes with care. It was all just so hassle free. The delivery was on time. The price is also so reasonable and with all that time saving as well. Will definitely be using the services again, Highly recommended. Dear Hans Dry Cleaners Team, I recently entrusted you with my Gucci cap for dry cleaning at your Naraina Vihar location. Unfortunately, upon receiving it back, I found that the item had been significantly damaged and was no longer in wearable condition. While some repairs were attempted, they were insufficient to restore it to its original state. I have tried reaching out multiple times via phone to discuss this matter and seek a resolution, but my calls have gone unanswered, and I have been ignored. Prior to this, I was also spoken to rudely during our interactions. If you think this is appropriate it’s not. I’m attaching pictures too for your reference.
