Sub-standard service for exorbitant prices. The stains were not even removed after looting customers with dry cleaning prices comparable to that in the UK. Paid approx 3k for 10 garments, freakishly expensive and quality is abysmal. I would give a zero rating if i could. Services Dry cleaning

One of the worst places I’ve encountered over the years. You’re dealing with some of the most incompetent and deceptive people if you’re deciding to give your clothes here. I had given them my Moncler hoodie, and they lost my drawstring. They had the audacity to replace it with some random drawstring, and then come to me and tell me that they looked for it for days and found it. These are the kind of people you’re dealing with. I’d recommend choosing some honest and competent folks to work with, and Jolly is definitely not one of them.

It’s been an awesome experience with Jolly team! Extremely polite and courteous staff; very responsive and responsible. If you forget to empty your pockets be assured you will get back your valuables properly sealed in a bag at the time of delivery! Glad to hear that the team is safe and healthy and back in action during these testing times. All the best and stay safe! Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I no longer live in Delhi but travel 30 kilometers to have my things drycleaned at Jolly. They are simply the BEST. Work with difficult material, yet return it bright, shining, looking new.
