Velvet Dry Cleaners truly sets the benchmark for exceptional service in this industry. It’s clear that their entire operation is built around attention to detail and absolute reliability, and they are easily the best dry cleaner I have ever used. What truly makes Velvet stand out is the impeccable care they take with every garment. Beyond the quality of the cleaning itself, the team provides an outstanding customer experience. They are friendly, professional, and efficient, ensuring every drop-off and pick-up is smooth and quick. If you value quality, consistency, and service that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend entrusting your wardrobe to Velvet Dry Cleaners. They are simply the best in the business
Extremely poor service. They charged much higher than expected, but the quality of dry cleaning was very disappointing. Clothes were not properly cleaned and overall experience was very unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money.”
